Nice area. Away from the city but close enough to all the attractions.

This is our third year getting a house in Florida for a few weeks, and this was by far the best. First, the house. It was spacious, yet cozy at the same time. The two main bedrooms had large beds and were very comfy. I used the third bedroom as an office. The backyard was private with a pool. The front porch was great for people watching. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a meal. But If you don’t feel like cooking, this neighborhood has you covered. This house was the perfect location. Nice and quiet, yet less than a five minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants—from fancy to casual. Also, after dinner, I suggest some ice cream at Kilwin’s, which is right around the corner from the house. Or take a 15 minute walk over the bridge and check out The Cove. Lots of restaurants and a great brewery. All in all, we loved our stay. Our hosts were always available to answer questions and take care of any of our needs. We can’t wait to return next year!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Clean home, good neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to do. Pool and hot tub were always warm and clean. 2 rooms with king size beds, great kitchen for cooking, spacious interior, private yard with pool and hot tub. Extra shade with retractable awning when needed. Mosquito lights and fans at night allowed us to enjoy the patio to the fullest. Great stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you Tanya!

With my third stay, this remains one of my favorite Airbnbs. The unit is perfectly appointed and the plunge pool is awesome.

We had a fantastic stay! Melanie’s home had such a cheerful, welcoming vibe and was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were both excellent and made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our week together. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommend!

This rental was clean, comfortable, and spacious. There is more than enough sleeping space for 6-7 guests, kitchen is stocked, and the pool is fantastic. We had some difficulty getting in initially but the host seemed to notice with the outdoor cameras and was quick to assist. The visitor policy is strict so we were unable to enjoy the space with a few family members we were visiting but enjoyed Lauderdale by the sea only a few miles away and many other activities in nearby Fort Lauderdale. It didn't apply to us but if you plan to bring a dog keep in mind that they're not permitted in the backyard due to the pool and will require leash walks. Overall we were satisfied and would recommend this as a family friendly spot.

Great place for our quick trip to Ft Lauderdale and the Convention Center! The house is perfect for 4 people! Really fun decorations that immediately get you into vacation mode! Awesome pool with a nice private back porch for sitting and relaxing. Would absolutely recommend!

This was a super cute little place! It had everything I needed for my stay. It was in a good location to easily pick up an Uber to go into Ft Lauderdale and an easy drive over to Hollywood Beach. Quiet location with everything provided for an extended stay. Close to the Publix and Walgreens. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this property.

Really great place and fanatic stay! The area was nice and cute, we easily walked to the beach and had great restaurants all in walking distance too. I was sad to go home.
