I was pleasantly surprised. The unit is larger than seems in pictures. The house covers every simpler necessity. Had snacks water utensils anything you need for cooking washer and dryer. Towels rags all in a clean safe, quiet spacious area. Outdoor you got charcoal or gas grills. A hot tub that feels like you’re in your own private land. He’s very cautious it’s not to disrupt your stay and extremely polite and professional.

I recently stayed at Olympia’s Place and had a fantastic experience. The space was perfect for two people surprisingly spacious yet cozy, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Initially, I was a bit hesitant about the flight of stairs leading up to the unit. However, that concern quickly faded when I discovered the private back patio deck. Perfect spot for my morning coffee. The only minor drawback was the absence of a TV in the bedroom during my stay. It would have been nice to have one for late-night viewing. Nonetheless, this was a small issue in an otherwise delightful stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Olympia’s Place and would definitely return when traveling to Fort Lauderdale.

We enjoyed this stay so much and Joe was an excellent host! Very helpful and responsive and took great care of us! The property was very clean and we enjoyed how close it was to everything. 5-10 min walk from all the restaurants, Publix, and various beach access points. The pool area was relaxing and private and very clean as well. Definitely would stay here again!

House was clean, it was a little difficult to find bc it’s connected to another building but I called (late) I got a answer she stayed Otp the entire time and walked me through how to get in even offered FaceTime. Everything else was perfect no complaints so I never needed to call again house was stocked w soap, cleaning supplies (smell so good) and extra blankets. Would definitely stay again

The place is great, very comfortable, very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. Chris was an awesome and gracious host. The apartment is exactly like the photos available and the wrap around balcony has great views! The only issue that is unfortunately out of the host’s control was the building elevators. There were days we waited for over 30 minutes and still had to go up in order to go down. One particular day, simply none of the elevators were working and we had to take the stairs up to get home. I would strongly suggest also to call for the valet to have your car ready instead of requesting it in person to avoid more wait. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again!

I absolutely loved my stay Ninoska was a great host. I had plenty of questions and she always responded immediately. The resort has everything you need right there. It is also very secure with plenty of staff and security and always available. This place is great for an adult stay or for a family trip. My only complaint is that during high traffic times you can wait a while for an elevator. Highly recommend and it’s a steal for the amazing price. I will be booking again soon! we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

As a local, this was the perfect place for our staycation. My pup loved the yard!

The home was exactly as described. Everything was in working order and it was a good location. The house is definitely lived in, and the bathroom could use a fan. But it's a great value, in a safe location. And the backyard is also a nice bonus.

This location was perfect. Very close to both the airport and the cruise port it was incredibly convenient. The house was exactly as described and as in the photos. It was very clean and well maintained. I will certainly keep this location in mind for my future travels to Ft Lauderdale.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Derek’s bungalow! Derek was the BEST host, so helpful, flexible, and kind. The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed the outdoor space! Will definitely book again!!

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

This was one of the best Airbnb's that we have stayed in....hands down! The home was so comfortable and clean, with everything you would need to cook, relax, and enjoy some time away. The home was really beautiful. The back area was uniquely laid out with a very nice (and warm!) pool, a tiki bar, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy. It was also on a water way with jumping fish, iguanas, and birds that played all afternoon! It was like nothing you would see anywhere else. Ralph met us when we arrived and showed us everything we would need to know. He was available without being overbearing in any way. It was close to restaurants and shopping, and the neighborhood was very safe for walking, running, or enjoying the ambience. We would absolutely return to this location again. 5 stars all the way around.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. The best find for a short spring getaway. Easy beach access, lots in walking distance, & clean. Would love to come again or recommend

I agree with all the other 5-star reviews (great location, neat apartment, clean community pool, etc.), so I'll just list a couple of specific compliments in this review. First, the Aloha condo complex is very intimate compared to the neighboring high rise condos. It contains about 20 cute little condos clustered around a recently rebuilt pool with sparkling clear water, somewhat reminiscent of Melrose Place. Brian's 1-BR unit is on the second (and top) floor so it has the best views of the ICW and of sunsets. There are plenty of community deck chairs and chaise lounges for you to relax mere steps from the water. Second, Brian's communications was outstanding both leading up to our rental and during. He recommended a local fishing charter for my son and I, and kept in constant (but non-intrusive) contact with us through the rental process. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, without any onerous clean up demands I'd heard horror stories about. I would definitely book again!

At first look the building looked like it was frozen in time from the 70's. But the place was located perfectly in between restaurants on one side and the beach on the other. Location, location, location. coming back next year
