Lake House with Boat Dock on Feather Bay

Beautiful place, would definitely stay again. And the host communicated well the expectations. With the recent rain Brownwood had, they let us know the boat dock was still usable, but some of the path to the dock had standing water to walk through. They were more than willing to reschedule our stay if it wasn't going to meet our expectations.

Wonderful spot! Lots of wildlife to watch. My husband needs to build us a privy because that bathroom felt like a spa visit. Only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer.

Was a lovely house, lots of room, decorated very well. Beds were wonderful and big bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you would need. Nice to have the patio to relax at. Would stay here again, really enjoyed the house.

Enjoyed our stay close to the water. Husband loved fishing off the dock. Shower and hot tub has great hot water and pressure. Very comfortable home and spacious . Plenty of propane and kitchen essentials. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Tiffany was very responsive. Hope to stay again soon!

I could not have asked for a better more secure place to sleep or spend time during my stay. The host was awesome and I had a great time. If I come back to Brownwood, I will definitely check for Jeana’s place to be available again.

My family and I had a great time. The home is beautiful and peaceful. The yard is very nice for hanging out and for your dogs. We had a great time fishing and playing games. We will be back!

Cozy Home on Lake Brownwood

This place was great for our needs! Very clean, quiet, and relaxing. Water was up so it was nice to sit out and enjoy the view of the water. Would definitely recommend a stay here. The host was very responsive and helped out with everything! Even answered a few questions before we asked.

I honestly feel like this house deserves more than 5 stars. It felt like I was walking into my own house. I must have said oh my goodness this is so cute and cozy 100 times in our 2 night stay. All the extras like board games and a kitchen stocked with literally any tool you would need to cook was so nice. The beds were so cozy and just the whole house inside and out has such a welcoming feel to it. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

Ricky’s place was a perfect quiet get away to celebrate my husbands birthday. The best part was we were able to unplug and enjoy each others company! The private hot tub was the perfect setting to talk, listen to nature, and observe the starlit sky. Ricky’s hospitality was above & beyond what was expected! We would definitely come back!

All the modern day amenities but completely separated from society. Jose/April are incredibly friendly and salt-of-the-earth. Their place is everything and more; the accommodations were perfect. They open the property to be shared and it is GORGEOUS.

Amanda was a fantastic host!Unquestionably a great place to stay. Absolutely loved it!!! The home was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The neighborhood was peaceful. I will definitely be a returning guest. I would recommend it to anyone needing a place near the lake.

Wow! Where can you go on a big holiday for 4 days with 100% of your kids, in-laws and grandkids and hear nothing but “When can we come back?” Wish I could show you pics of cooking, cards, pool, fishing and goofy games that just makes life great and memories of a lifetime. Our stay was outstanding from the fresh eggs the welcome basket that was kid friendly all the way down to the amazing hospitality and views. We will definitely be back for more R&R soon. The wax melts and candles that Melanie makes in house that she had for sale were a great purchase we’ll be back for more of as well. The four legged and furry security collies made us feel right at home being dog lovers ourselves! I would looking for a quiet peaceful and private getaway and will definitely return again and again!

The Octo cabin was perfect for our snall family of 3. The loft is perfect for kids! Check in was seamless, the decorations were fantastic! The kitchen was clean and well outfitted for a comfortable, eating in and preparing food stay. This site is definitely on our list to visit again.
