Perfect vacation. We will definitely be back. Weather wasn’t as cooperative as we’d hoped as days were in 60-70 range . The sunshine helped. This house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay at Joel and Lauren’s place! The home was welcoming, clean, and exactly as described. We encountered a minor issue during our visit, but Joel and Lauren handled it swiftly and professionally, making sure our stay remained comfortable. Excellent communication throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!!

Our stay at the Hines' house was perfect. It was a beautiful, historic house and we were awed by how lucky we were to stay there. Lee's dad came round and talked one of us through all the history of the house which we were grateful for. It is well stocked, comfortable and really well placed for getting to shops, restaurants etc. A lovely walk to the riverfront. We had a great time, thank you

The house was great well equipped with all kitchen stuff plenty of room to hang out. I love the back porch. It was a minutes walk to a beautiful scenic way that leads to the beach and Derek was the most responsive host I had and I was lucky to have many great hosts. Lots of privacy and parking (for our boat too). No fenced in yard if your pet needs that (ours didn't). I totally recommend. Thank you, Derrick.

Michael was so helpful and informative. The home is exactly as show and even better in person. The best home my family as stayed at thus far. 5 star rating cause I can't give them more. My family will be back often.

Heather’s place was absolutely gorgeous with all of the amenities and comforts of home with beautiful decor and plenty of space. Her place is located close to everything including downtown and the beaches and the backyard is a vacation all by itself. For the One Tree Hill fans, Heather’s within blocks of Peyton’s and Hayley’s homes and the other locations and homes are within about 5 miles total. 10/10 recommend for anyone wanting to be on the go or for anyone wanting to just relax and enjoy the weather.

We booked this last minute for Christmas holiday. The house is a duplex style home so you don’t get the full home shown on the pictures. Everything else about the stay was great. It has a nice big kitchen on third floor along with living room and patio. Plenty of bathrooms. The beds were comfortable! We did have issue with elevator but was able to get it fixed on Christmas Day! Quiet neighborhood close to the beach. There does seem to be some construction when looking out living room window. We really couldn’t see the water from third floor. I think maybe you can see from rooftop balcony which my older kids loved! There were pots and pans but you may want to bring your own. The master bedroom bathroom was really nice. I would stay again.

Host was very responsive and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend our last minute business outing. Great location and even better service from the host!

The unit is private. Quiet neighborhood. Close to my daughter’s place in Beau Rivage. We scored a “10”!

Fantastic place. Gorgeous views overlooking the Cape Fear River and Riverwalk. Everything is in walking distance, great restaurants, pubs, and shopping. The place is very comfortable.

Perfect location for our family to attend wedding. We were able to walk to the venues. Quiet and safe. Condo had everything we needed. Appreciate hosts responsiveness.

Rachel was a great host! My stay was peaceful and the place felt cozy and welcoming. Just about any amenity you needed was already there...especially in the kitchen. I would recommend Rachel as a host and a stay at this residence.

We enjoyed our stay at Lance’s place! It was very easy to find and they were very responsive. It’s walkable to the beach and a number of restaurants and coffee spots. Perfect spot for a quick weekend trip with our dog!

Caroline was an amazing host. Her home is, in fact, a bright, historic oasis with a big yard and parking, just as described. This place is a whole vibe. The home is very comfortable and the neighborhood is beautiful. If you want to stay in downtown Wilmington, this is the place.

My family and my aunt, uncle, cousins, and grandparents stayed at Salubrious View Too a handful of times when I was a kid. We’ve all had wonderful memories of this house, view, and sunset beach. This year, my parents and aunt and uncle are the grandparents, we are the parents, and the cousins’ children are the grandchildren. Amazing to be able to carry on the tradition to another generation. So thankful for our time at Salubrious View Too and cannot wait to return again.

John and his co-hosts were amazing! Immediately upon arrival we were welcomed as family. They really went above and beyond in every aspect. The place was cleaned to perfection and there was so much to do! We were able to schedule an animal tour the same day, grill outside using their supplies and really relax as much as possible. Our room featured a private balcony and bathroom, but really the entire property should be highlighted. The hosts recommended beaches and restaurants for us to enjoy, and as we were checking out, John let us know that he was preparing breakfast for us as well! We were able to leave this amazing place with a full belly, homegrown fruits and veggies, eggs, and great memories. We will be back to visit for sure. Thanks again John B., John M, and Diana.

Words can’t express how much I enjoyed staying at John’s place. It was an amazing experience we will NEVER forget. It was by far my favorite bnb and I’ve stayed at a couple of Airbnbs. It’s close to the beach but it didn’t really matter because we wanted to spend all our time on his property. It was clean and there’s a ton of rooms in the villa! It is decorated so nice and the exotic animal farm he has is amazing! We stayed during the 4th of July and he had food waiting for us in their beautiful outside kitchen when we got back! You won’t want to leave the property. The pool was great and the rooms and bathrooms are so clean! I can’t wait to stay at their place again! I loved every second and they were all extremely responsive. They had fresh eggs and tomatoes that I brought home. Book your stay! You won’t regret it.

I decided last minute that I needed a getaway with some relaxation and an stress-free time. John’s place popped up to the top of the results list. I had never booked anything where you shared space but I decided to give it a try because of the good reviews and the fact that my husband’s name was John. I just felt like it was ok and safe. I’m glad I decided to try it. Both John’s and Diana were super sweet and so helpful.The house is beautiful.The rooms have top of the line bedding and beautiful decor. The kitchen was stocked with some food and John cooked several times for people. I’ve never had that at a place before so that was so helpful on saving some money with eating out. Plus they had garden tomatoes so I enjoyed like 10 tomato sandwiches.The animal tour was so cool. It was amazing to me to see how many animals , especially birds. It was really impressive; feeding the lemurs lollipops & holding the baby wallaby, Casper, was really cool.i highly recommend!! I will be back. Thanks
