An amazing apartment commutable distance to the airport. The host was fantastic through the reservation. Quick to reply and very helpful. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for either a short or long stay in Brussels.

Tout s’est très bien passé pendant mon séjour ! Le logement était propre, confortable et bien situé et je dirais même plus beau qu’en photo. Il fait un peu frais dans la chambre (ce qui est super quand il fait chaud) mais si vous êtes un peu frileux, pensez à prendre un petit pull pour dormir ;) L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant tout au long du séjour. Encore merci pour tout !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement de Rim. Tout était conforme à la description, il est très bien équipé, et le jacuzzi est évidemment un vrai plus. La rue est un peu bruyante par moment mais rien de trop dérangeant. Le centre est accessible à pieds, mais aussi en transports en commun. C’est super. Merci encore à Rim pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

J'ai passé 42 nuits dans l'appartement, je m'y suis sentie très bien. Tout est à proximité, le centre historique à 10 mns à pieds. Shelbatra s'est toujours montrée très disponible et aidante. Un séjour parfait !!!!! Je recommande, vous pouvez y aller en toute sérénité.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Rachel. L'appartement est vraiment grand et très bien situé avec une belle vue des deux côtés de l'appartement. On peut admirer le lever et le coucher du soleil. L'appartement est très bien équipé et confortable. Je recommande vivement !

We are a family with 2 boys and stayed at "La Chênaie Moderne” for a month in August 2024. We had a fantastic time! The accommodation is a spacious and clean space and reflects totally the description provided. It is in excellent condition: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, good wifi, free parking, numeric lock for the entrance door. We loved the enormous plants in the living room! Very welcoming! Towels and bed linen were provided. The host Frédéric is very kind, responsive, and supportive. The location is ideal for a quiet stay, Uccle is lovely neighborhood, and it is about 10ish-min drive to the commercial areas at Avenue de Waterloo and Saint-Job. You can visit easily the most enchanting woods in the city Bois de la Cambre. You can reach Brussels in 20 min by car and 40 min by public transport. Two bus lines (37 and 43) stop just right around the corner. We are very happy and grateful, and we could not have had better accommodation! Highly recommended!

Els was very helpful with the messages she sent before our arrival. The house is great for a family or a group. It has plenty of kitchen supplies, a big table for shared meals and separate rooms for some quiet times. The location was great for our programme, maybe a bit far from interesting places to visit in Brussels for people who travel for tourism. Friendly neighbours! All in all, we do recommend this place! Nous avons séjourné trois jours dans cette villa et c'était tout simplement incroyable, incroyable, incroyable ! La villa est parfaitement aménagée, chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé. La localisation est idéale, à quelques minutes seulement de Bruxelles. Le cadre est tout simplement parfait, voire idyllique, avec une ambiance relaxante et des paysages magnifiques. Tout était absolument parfait, dépassant toutes nos attentes. Cette villa fait désormais partie de nos coups de cœur, et c'est certain que nous y reviendrons. Le propriétaire mérite une mention spéciale : 10/10 sans hésitation ! Il est avant tout humain, compréhensif, et toujours disponible. La communication était fluide et agréable, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette villa à 100 %, véritable perle rare

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Vigan se déplace pour le check in. Il est très gentil et a fait le tour de l’appartement avec nous. Le logement est spacieux et calme. Il se situe à seulement 25 minutes à pied du centre ville. Sinon le tramway est juste à côté. Quelques restaurants dans le quartier et une grande surface juste à côté. Parking gratuit à 10 minutes de marche. Je recommande ce logement qui permet d’être au calme mais en même temps de visiter la ville à pied.

Mooie locatie en prima ligging! Alles was super geregeld. Zelfs afgehaald van het station. Een heerlijk verblijf voor een paar dagen Gent.

Hele nette Airbnb in een leuke en veilige wijk van Antwerpen! Mooi interieur met een fijne geur, de attente eigenaren hebben duidelijk oog voor detail want aan alles was gedacht. Duidelijk nieuw, want alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig en de douche was heerlijk. Een aanrader en eentje waar we graag terug naar willen keren. Als we iets minders moeten noemen, dan was het dat het park in het weekend levendig was in de avonduren. Maar in de slaapkamer aan de achterkant hoor je dat nauwelijks, dus het was goed slapen.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung von André. Alles war wie beschrieben , sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht in den Park und die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unser Gastgeber André hat schnell auf Rückfragen reagiert und war sehr gastfreundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Zu den Öffis ist es nicht weit und mit einem schönen Spazieegagng kann man die Altstadt in 40 Minuten erreichen. Ein Parkplatz ist tatsächlich gut zu finden und in der Nähe der Wohnung sind viele Ladesäulen. Das Eckcafé gegenüber der Wohnung ist eine Topadresse z Frühstücken. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

I’ve stayed here twice now and I can’t say enough good things. Everything is amazing! The place is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could ever need. Peter is the best host ever - he’s always there to help and his responses are super quick. You won’t regret booking! You’ll love it!

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights and the host was lovely. Very friendly and willing to help and the place is accurately described. Neighborhood is very cute and quiet and the walk to town is around 25-30 minutes, so bus may be more efficient. We did not try the restaurants around us, but grocery and restaurants are all within a 15min walk. The door to the room is connected to the rest of the home and does not have a lock, but as two girls we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Overall the place was nice and I would recommend.
