Set in the heart of Somerset in a beautiful and secluded country setting, with views of Glastonbury Tor and the countryside this detached stone cottage provides spacious and characterful accommodation with its own large garden for relaxing surrounded by fields.

Beautiful Restored Barn -The Old Stables

The Old stables is part of the original estate of Cary Fitzpaine. Although the setting is rural, we are a short way from A37 (.5 mile) and A303 (1.5 miles) which makes us very accessible to other amenities/attractions. The property is self contained and private, with a contained garden. The owners live nearby and are happy for guests to walk around the farm, and are also on hand if required. We are in easy reach of many National Trust properties, Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm & Haynes Car Museums.

Home Farm Barn is part of our home, a beautifully converted barn opening on to the courtyard garden. We are down a no through road, surrounded by fields and orchards. It is an ideal place to visit for peace and quiet or perfect time to get together with friends or family for a country stay. The house is spacious, comfortable, kitchen/dining area and sitting room with open fire . With 4 double bedrooms, One bath, two showers and separate downstairs cloakroom - there is plenty of space for all.

Easy access to many famous attractions, such as Stourhead (NT) and The Newt in Somerset. Excellent pub in village. On site there are 3 well stocked coarse fishing lakes (Higher Farm Fishery) available - free fishing for one guest during their stay. Well behaved dogs welcome. Unfortunately, cats aren’t allowed due to allergies. Off road parking.

Set in a private cobbled courtyard on an organic farm, half a mile from Bruton, this old stone cottage has been lovingly restored. It has an inglenook fireplace, oak-framed roofs, flagstone and elm floors, with art and furniture collected over many years filling the rooms. Bruton is renowned for its restaurants and art galleries. The 'Newt in Somerset' is next door and there many other wonderful nearby destinations and beautiful walks from the farm within the surrounding countryside.

"The Apple Store", is a brand new property finished to a high spec. It is situated in the idyllic village of Babcary which is within a short walking distance of the 17th century popular Red Lion pub. Nestled in the heart of Batcombe, our renovated coach house offers a comfortable place to stay. The cottage is situated in a picturesque village a few yards from fantastic walks across the mendip hills. Bookings for Christmas, Easter min 3 days also bank holidays must be a minimum of 3 nights, Friday-Monday. Also up to 2 dogs are very welcome. There is a £10 per dog per night charge which can either be added to Airbnb booking or paid when here.
