It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!

Most Bryson City rentals are a 20-minute drive from town. This one is a 5-minute walk. Built for couples, friends, and adult groups who’d rather walk to dinner than drive to it. Park when you arrive and don’t think about the car again until you head for the trails.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This home is three miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, one mile from Balsam Mountain Preserve, fifteen minutes from WCU, twenty five minutes from the Great Smokey Mountain National Park and Cherokee Casino and thirty minutes west of Asheville. My gravel drive does have an incline that even small cars can make it up easily. Motorcycles and trailers may find it hard to navigate.
