Beautiful property, with beautiful views. Easy to get to, nice paved roads. Kids loved the pool and the outside play area. Very peaceful and relaxing place. Hope to visit again soon

Well, my husband and I have stayed there on and off for the last six months for local work, so we know the place well. Sadly, our project has come to an end, so our most recent stay will be our last for work. BUT, we love everything about Todd and Barbie and the house, and we will be back for fun hiking weekends. Hiking, waterfalls, everything nearby. It's the best place we've stayed in the area. Private, squeaky clean, big deck, large dining room table for big meals or spreading out the paperwork, GREAT internet connection and TV options. We'll definitely be back on our own - we feel so comfortable there in every way. I could not recommend any higher - would give it a "10" if I could. Todd and Barbie also bent over backwards to help us with a couple of last-minute schedule changes. Such honest and thoughtful hosts. Thanks Todd and Barbie for EVERYTHING over the last few months. We love you guys!

Beautiful view and plenty of room for our family. Kerry responded quickly to my questions and gave clear directions. I’m glad she recommended to stay on paved roads since we arrived at night and alternate routes take you down gravel roads. Convenient location for our stay to enjoy snow tubing and amenities at the Sapphire Valley Community Center.

Very nice spacious house. We love our time there , you feel you are home. Everything deserves a five star. Cameron is a great host, He is a very responsible and contactable person. He will help you for whatever you need. We appreciate communicating with him. The location of the house is outstanding. You don’t want to leave the house it’s very enjoyable and quite. I highly recommend this place. We are definitely coming back soon.

We had a great stay! House was decorated for the holidays (we stayed Dec 22-27). Very cozy and pet friendly. The only downside, which had nothing to do with the host or Evolve, was many of the sites were closed due to the season. Enjoyed the Gorges trails and dinner at Mica's. Will definitely come back. Felt like being at home !

We had an amazing time on our trip and we're able to relax at the end of our days at the house. Every room had an amazing deck with a breath taking view and so much natural light. We all slept amazing as well in comfy beds. Defiantly would book here again!

This has been yet another amazing stay!! We have reserved this Air B&B for 3 years now and each time Nina has provided an incredible and hassle free experience. Full of amenities, a complete kitchen arrangement, a quiet driveway and amazing views, this Air B&B has countless things to compliment and I’m happy to say we will continue using it as long as we can <3 It has gone from a vacation home to an ACTUAL home, just far away from our regular one.

Sharon’s Cosmic getaway is a fantastic choice if visiting western North Carolina. The place spotless, beautifully furnished and a terrific view. It’s close to Asheville, the Smokey Mountains the Blue Ridge Parkway and lots more. The host is very responsive and great communication from check in to check out. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a cute and comfortable place to stay while we were in town for my daughters musical performance at WCU. Greta's house was perfect. It was very clean and beautifully decorated and is very close to the university. This is a great house!

The house and location were absolutely beautiful! The pictures really don't do it justice! Everything is prestinely clean and the peacefulness you feel just from walking in can't be matched! The views cannot be captured just as you see them but I did my best to try. We even purchased a couple of fishing poles to do a little fishing right innthe back yard. And when I had a couple of questions for the host, they responded in mere minutes with friendly and clear responses. We will definitely make a repeat visit to this beautiful home. If you've been scrolling for awhile trying to find the right spot, just stop! This is THE place!!!

It was a perfect little cottage! Everything was brand new. We loved the complementary gift basket. We enjoyed sitting on the private back deck and walking to the waterfalls. Will recommended great restaurants! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Cashiers! Highly recommend!

Holly’s little cottage is perfect for a stay in Highlands! It was peaceful, tucked into a quiet neighborhood on the side of a hill. The place was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Loved all the little details, and it was gorgeously decorated! The location is perfect for being very near Main St but also gives the feeling of being in the mountains. It felt very safe. We loved walking through the neighborhood down to the little river/creek. Lots of fun trails and waterfalls within a 15 min drive of the cabin. We would definitely stay again!

I could not have been more please with Carmela's place. Our girl's trip went great and the location was perfect for us. We felt comfortable at at home right away. There were so many thoughtful and practical touches around the property. We were close to everything while still feeling we had privacy and distance. So, glad we found this place and would love to stay again!

This is a great larger house to host a larger family. It has great amenities that make it cozy and entertaining for all ages.

This was a last minute rental, our original plan fell through. Tanea responded almost immediately to our request and even gave us the option of checking in a bit early. We were looking for somewhere quiet with a view to sit outside and enjoy … that’s just what we found. The mountain view from the porch was beautiful and the grounds were well kept with a lovely flower garden. The place was clean and well equipped with what we needed for cooking and resting. Bed was comfortable and, importantly, the bath was clean and neat.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb with our family of 10, ranging from a baby to grandparents. The house was meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The layout was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great common areas for gathering. Every room was beautifully designed, so no one felt like they got the “lesser” room. The views were absolutely incredible, and we loved the added amenities—board games, foosball, a jacuzzi, and a grill. The host was fantastic—super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and proactive in keeping us informed about a nearby fire. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this home for any group looking for a relaxing and well-equipped retreat!

Great place to travel between cities and visit Smoky Mountains. Nice, quiet area and the trails on the property were great. Rita's place had everything you need for a home away from home. We'll stocked for cooking meals and great resturants nearby. We recommend a ride on the Smoky Mountain Railroad!! Thank you Rita for sharing your home..

We booked Aaron's home for a family getaway. The house was amazing & clean. I think the sunroom was our favorite room. The view was beautiful! There were TV's in every room even though we didn't watch much TV. The basement was like a completely different living space. Would be nice for teenagers to get away from parents. Honestly, there's just too much to compliment but our favorites besides the sunroom & view was the kitchen & the bathrooms. The main bathroom felt like a luxury hotel. Massive shower, heated floors. The only thing we had issue with was we couldn't figure out how to start the dishwasher & towel warmers in the bathrooms but thats "first world problems"! My only suggestion would be to have instructions on how to start appliances. All in all, the home was gorgeous, we felt very comfortable there & we were able to bring our pup along. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy lake-view home! The view was absolutely stunning. The house was well-equipped and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. It was peaceful and felt like the perfect getaway from the city. The hosts were responsive and provided clear instructions, which made check-in and check-out super easy. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like board games and extra blankets. As far as the cleanliness we did notice a couple of issues, and it definitely didn’t take away from our overall experience. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. We will be coming back next year!!

The house was exactly as advertised. Incredibly clean and well stocked. Easy to get in and even smelled great. The kitchen was equipped with EVERY utensil we possibly needed. We were only able to use the paddle boards on our last day due to weather but they were great when we did. Also enjoyed a campfire and saw a million stars on clear nights. Overall we loved the place and felt right at home.

We had a great family stay at SKYHAUS. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view. Great parking. Close to town. Daniel is a great host. Very responsive to questions, etc. Can’t wait to go back.

Looking for a private mountain top escape? This fits the bill! Beautiful views are a given. The house is comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. My kids were disappointed it wasn’t a full size pool table but still played several games. I’d caution anyone without 4 wheel drive not to try the driveway during the winter months or even very rainy times. We had a great time hiking nearby trails, hanging out at the house, and enjoying the peace of the mountain. There were a couple maintenance issues but we asked they be solved after we left. Our host was always quick to answer any questions and was helpful. We enjoyed our stay!
