Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX. There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.

This home offers bathrooms in both bedrooms, guest bath, place to wash bicycles and a family atmosphere. Property has four lots to roam on.
