Janet was very easy to work with. she was very open and attentive to my questions. the dock was a wonderful hang out spot. very little boat traffic for such a busy weekend.

Our favorite part of our stay was the view from the balcony. Dead plants were on the patio which needed tending, but everything else was wonderful. Communication was good. We loved the covered parking & all the wildlife. Overall a wonderful trip.

Great Stay! Cute interior decor! Loved the lakeside back porch. My son and his wife and daughter rode the paddle boat and had fun. Very comfy beds and linens. Fully equipped! Can’t think of anything negative to say. We prepared all our meals there and everything we needed was there.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. It is a gem! The cove it is in is so peaceful and beautiful. The house is perfect for families and had plenty of space for the kids and adults. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location, very clean and felt right at home. The condo was quiet, never heard any neighbors or loud outside noise. Kathryn had excellent communication before and during our stay at the condo. She gave very clear and simple instructions, making things very easy to figure out. The location was perfect for our vacation to Austin. It was a short drive to downtown Austin, as well as an easy drive to San Antonio and Waco. It was nice to stay a little outside of the city to be away from the hustle and bustle, while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the lake and the wildlife all around the condo location.

The location is absolutely perfect—right by the lake, with breathtaking views that you can enjoy from the comfort of the cozy deck or while relaxing inside. Whether you’re an early riser who loves watching the sunrise over the water or someone who enjoys evening walks by the shore, this spot offers a serene and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The house itself is beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of comfort and style. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the plush bedding and comfortable furniture. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the whole space just feels so inviting.

We enjoyed the quiet tranquility of the property and the higher end furniture and finishings in the condo. This made for a very relaxing stay.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 8th year anniversary. We had a great time! Beautiful place, wonderful host, and amazing scenery.

Charlie's home in Spicewood is beautiful with a nice view to the lake, pool and hot tub. The home is well appointed, comfortable and completely upgraded. We really enjoyed the painting of the two Dumb and Dumber characters. The garage includes a workout area which none of used since we were focused on all the food required for a successful Thanksgiving. The kids enjoyed seeing the deer run through the property and loved the hot tub. The house was perfect for 7 adults and 4 kids. Charlie was very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this home in Spicewood.
