Quiet Country Farmhouse

This Guest house is a Fantastic Place to rest and relax. Set on 10 beautiful acres overlooking pastures with Cows, Horses, and Chickens. We have an isolated feel but are just minutes from Hwy 11 and Interstate 20. The guest house has its own private deck with fantastic pastoral views. There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed. The loft above has a full size bed. * No Smoking on the property*

Entire 2nd Floor of Historic Farm House

Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

The Portico Cabin at High Shoals

The Portico cabin, built in the 1870's, is cozy, rustic and carefully preserved. It is ideal for a couples getaway, small family staycation or solo retreat to escape everyday life and connect with nature. Relax on the porch rockers or cozy up by the wood stove, surrounded by books. Enjoy the cabin and surrounding 60 acres, featuring walking trails, fishing pond, a large fire pit, river access with canoes, and historic church, The Portico. Explore the nearby towns of Athens, Monroe and Madison.

The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

The Ivywood Barn Too!

We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

Welcome to small town Bishop, GA (Oconee County) only 15-20 minutes from UGA and downtown Athens. Enjoy the sounds of nature while you sit around the campfire or sip morning coffee enjoying the sunrises at the bistro table on the porch. This is a unique tiny house constructed from a brand new shipping container. Great AC. Full size bathroom and kitchenette. Athens area Superhosts for years and we would be honored if you chose to make our space your home away from home for a night or more!

Newly renovated guesthouse!

Relax at the MartInn, a newly renovated guesthouse only 20 minutes from downtown Athens, Ga. This one bedroom guesthouse is situated on a peaceful, wooded lot. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck, and then scramble some farm fresh eggs provided by the host’s chickens. The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Also nearby is the Broad River Outpost to rent kayaks for a float down the Broad River.

Take a morning walk down the sidewalk to local coffee shop and bakery, affordable or fancy dinner and lunch options available within two blocks. Our backyard is connected to a 6 acre wooded park. Oconee County is the "ArtLand of Georgia." We are centrally located for OCAF events, arts and crafts, and antiques, a bicycler's paradise. 10 minute drive to Athens/UGA, 40 minutes to Lake Oconee.

Guest Suite in Historic Covington

Enjoy a unique experience at The Pirate House guest suite in historic Covington. Located in a beautifully decorated circa 1910, New Orleans style home. Just a half mile walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Covington and even closer to many popular filming locations. While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year round.
