This barn is a truly beautiful Airbnb and we had a wonderful time. Everything was really clean and in really good condition. The beds were comfortable and all appliances very easy to use. The location is fantastic in the beautiful countryside and only 30mins from Oxford. The hosts were welcoming and very quick to respond when needed. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again if we were in the area.

Ed & Tracey’s Airbnb was so comfortable and it’s such a great place for a getaway - very peaceful and beautiful scenery. We were welcomed warmly by Ed in person and he showed us around the room and to our entrance of the Airbnb. We were also greeted by the sheep and lamb in the morning! Very lovely place with even lovelier hosts!

The cottage & the ground are fantastic with space & lots of things to do with children. We really enjoyed the stay with thanks to Karen & Phil. (Just a minor challenge for us was a baby crying quite a lot at night time in the next door cottage - but it may just be unfortunate timing).

Our stay at the Oak Barn at Hedsor was wonderful. The lodging itself is beautiful with large bedrooms and a huge sitting and dining area upstairs beneath the large oak beams. The location worked well as it allowed us to explore the Thames Valley and make two day trips into London. The estate property is beautiful, so do walk and note the different trees and plantings. We highly recommend this property and the people who live and work there.

A really lovely hideaway for a few days. Fully equipped with everything we needed plus a fantastically huge telly and surround sound! Great location with excellent pub across the road and some good walks on the doorstep. Pete and Rachel were welcoming and very helpful and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Charming cottage in a beautiful surroundings. Lovely and quiet, quick drive to nice walks and national trust places nearby. Ally was welcoming and very kind. We loved our stay and would happily go back.

Lovely stay at Tim's place with my hubby Lee and our pooch Huxley. The lodge was very peaceful, warm and comfortable. And the new railway sleeper bed is fab! Tim and his co-host Paulina were good hosts, we had one small issue with the wifi, which they worked to resolve very quickly. Lovely welcome items waiting for us, which was a great touch. I work in the area quite often and wouldn't hesitate to book Tim's space again in the future.

A beautifully decorated and cared for cottage. The garden onto the woods was great for walks but we also enjoyed cooking in the lovely kitchen. Bernadette was extremely responsive and accommodating and helpfully left a stair gate and night lights as she knew we were travelling with a little one. Thank you, a very restful stay!

Stunning property in a stunning location. The house had absolutely everything we needed and was immaculately presented. The surrounding area was beautiful with great walks, cycle routes and country pubs. The host, Petra, was extremely helpful and communicative. Overall, great value for money and I 100% recommend.

A great find, very well appointed and beautifully designed and furnished. Ideal for a few days away, not in the bustle of Windsor but close enough for a lovely walk there and back. Useful local information provided along with a surprise addition of cereals, biscuits and a pint of milk in the fridge for us. Thank you, highly recommended and will try and book again if I'm in the area!

The Studio was fantastic, very spacious with loads of amenities. As for the location...we saw pheasants, heron, kite, ducks, deer all from looking out of the door/windows. Not to mention the hens, sheep, cows, horses, and some very friendly dogs. There were loads of local walks as well as the Chiltern hills only 25 mins drive away. Lucy had the cupboard well stocked with good quality breakfast condiments. The best Airbnb we have stayed at and we would definitely go back.

This is an amazing barn conversion, no expense has been spared, lots of light and space, big kitchen area, different areas to sit in, plus a yoga room. There are children's toys and books, scooters (there is space for pre-schoolers to scooter round indoors!) and outdoor play equipment. It was ideal for our family get together for a special birthday, everyone felt relaxed and at home. We did a couple of walks across the fields, but didn't need to venture out further as there was so much to occupy the kids on site. Katie was very good at communicating with us, and is the most considerate airbnb host we have met. She consulted us beforehand about what we needed, and provided bread (including a great gluten free loaf), butter, biscuits etc - and even some birthday table napkins. We have already recommend Barefoot Barn to others, and would love to return another time ourselves.

Julie was warm, welcoming and engaging. After our journey, a much appreciated selection of fresh farm fare milk, eggs, fruit juice, cake which had the bonus of Julie's freshly, home baked bread. Even our two Springer Spaniels had place settings and a treat. So thoughtful.. The spotless accommodation was tastefully furnished with the addition of thoughtful colour coding complemented by quality linens and accessories. I suspect a Vi-Spring bed, a bonus. The private outdoor space for the dogs determined our choice of venue. Perfect. Julie had thought of everything a visitor might need and richly deserves the title of Super Host.

Firstly what a lovely family of hosts, could not be more helpful and keen to please. The property is pristine, set in beautiful grounds, lovely walks from right outside your front door. First thing I did was book the next three weeks, highly recommended.

I have already booked to go back again for two weeks in June, that's how lovely this place is. Beautiful location, set on its own, on a farm, lovely and quiet with stunning outlook. The wood burner was very popular, Christine had already set it up ready for our arrival. Didn't get around to using the BBQ or Firepit Very comfy bed made it difficult to get up in the morning zzzz Thanks Christine and Mark for making us welcome.

Erik is the perfect host, extremely helpful and was so responsive 10/10. The location of property is very remote and private. The stand out for me was how comfortable the bed was, it was amazing. If you are looking for a romantic, comfortable and clean place look no further.

Had a wonderful Christmas break. The farmhouse was big enough to cater for our large family gathering. Lots of space inside. Great fireplaces for us all to sit around and play games. Would highly recommend staying here

Very peaceful place, hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Well appointed place they had thought of everything one might need for a relaxing stay.

We had a lovely stay at The Old Dairy! It was clean, bright and homely - couldn't fault it in any way.☺️ Anna has been so lovely and was even kind enough to let us know that we could check-in early if we wanted to. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to friends/family!

We were all blown away by the property. The house itself is spacious and interesting, and the surroundings are stunning. The kitchen has everything you could reasonably want. What we absolutely loved was the pool and tennis courts- the pool was rather chilly as the heating had just been turned on for the season, but wetsuits and inflatables were provided and we all had a fantastic time. The tennis court had rackets and balls to borrow and was well kept. We also enjoyed lunch at the local pubs and walks in the surrounding countryside- so a great place to visit if you’re sporty and love the English countryside! We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked our next visit before we left.

We stayed at Hilmotts Farm Cottage pre and post our wedding - it was great to be able to have everyone together in one location. The cottage is great and just as described, we booked the lodge as an addition and that too was fantastic.
