We had a lovely Easter weekend here as a three-generation family – grandparents, parents, and young children all thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is absolutely beautiful , stylish, and full of character, set in a peaceful spot, it even includes an old water-mill. The location was ideal for us with easy access to Oxford and the surrounding area. There’s a new children's play area just a short walk away, and the local farm shop nearby was perfect for picking up fresh produce and treats – we had everything we needed without having to go far. The hosts were thoughtful and welcoming, and the house was spotless with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space for everyone to relax.

Beautiful home, spotlessly clean. Accommodating hosts and communications were swift. would definitely recommend to other guests. My granddaughter (5 yrs) wants to come back in the summer to use the pool.

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

Lovely comfortable and spacious family house . Suzie the host was very friendly and obliging and made us feel very welcome in her beautiful home. Would definitely book again .

Had a fantastic weeks stay, house is in a prime location close to local shops bars & restaurants. Plenty things to do near by. House was fantastic with a pool which the kids loved. Garden was large with plenty of space including separate areas for sunbathing, eating and even an outside bar area. Everything you’ll ever need & more. 👍🏻

beautiful property right in the heart of Henley. Lots to see and do. not entirely private as you share the garden and pool/hot tub with the main house and another little coach house. Fab restaurants on your doorstep and right on the river. would be amazing place to stay during the Henley Regatta I can imagine 😀

Beautiful house with huge garden, comfortable and charming all round. Perfect location for walks, runs and river activities. Very friendly, generous and helpful host. A1 perfect experience, would love to return.

We have just had a fantastic family holiday at the stable block. The location was perfect for trips to legoland and Windsor. Two of our party took a train from slough to central London one day. We also visited Runnymede and hughendon from the house. Can’t rate it highly enough. The property is really well laid out and well equipped. Secure outdoor space for the children and a trampoline which was a bonus. Walks from the house into the countryside (good running as well). Had no issues with noise from M4 although we didn’t sit out as not warm enough however we did have windows and doors open quite a lot. One improvement would be some detailed directions to the property as was tricky to find (one phone call to the owner solved it) I personally wouldn’t recommend the pineapple pub - the food was underwhelming - there are better places to eat although appreciate they are not as close by If you’re planning on going to Windsor and/or legoland it’s a perfect place to stay Thank you

The cottage is ideal for a longer stay, when working in the area. The village is very pretty and peaceful and the cottage has everything you would need to stay comfortably for a while.

The property was like a home from home the location was great and Lucy was a great host and if i ever need to book again I would not have any hesitation.

Great location, easy access to the centre. Quiet neighbourhood and spacious garden to relax and wind down in the basking sun. lovely place, will recommend

I had a pleasant stay at Friday Cottage. Nicely furnished with good kitchen and bathrooms, peaceful village and an easy commute of South Oxford. Responsive hosts, would be happy to stay again on a future visit.

The apartment was warm, clean and spacious in a quiet setting. It was spacious and well equipped. Barry and Jackie were friendly and helpful. Overall great value

First time staying at an Air BnB and was excellent from start to finish from check in and communication from host with great location for Legoland and Windsor both within 15 minute drive, shops also close by would highly recommend a stay if this is were you wish to visit!

Peter’s property was ideal for us in between selling our home and moving abroad, and he even accommodated our five pets which was brilliant and more than you could hope for with a usual air BnB property. Peter was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We were so pleased and would definitely stay again if we are even in the area!

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. Wow, what can we say. We had an amazing stay at Patricia’s house. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The location is amazing and Patricia is extremely responsive. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so, so much :)

The cottage is peaceful and private, as well as being in a beautiful location. Alastair and Vicky are excellent hosts and were most responsive to my requests. Highly recommended.
