It sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the main house, with the added versatility of sleeping a further 4 in a separate annex. NOTE: We allow dogs strictly by request only. The Ark is situated in a beautiful location with panoramic uninterrupted close views of the sea and less than a minutes walk of Eype beach. The property is ideal for walks along the South West Coastal Path in this designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Ark is a contemporary 2 bedroom cedar clad chalet set in a large open green space amongst other individually privately owned quirky beachside properties.

Peaceful, bright, comfortable and clean.

Spacious bright, airy home is set at the end of a quiet road, approx ten minutes of the bus station, beach and town with multiple shops and pubs with a large garden. Food and children's drinks are not taken into the lounge area please. Table mats are provided for dining table, close by the lounge. Downstairs is almost entirely open plan, except for an additional room where there is a very comfortable sofa bed. No pets at property. NO SMOKING PLEASE.

Our house is wonderfully located with views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its new large decking area overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors. The large, open space is great for a getaway any time of year.
