The cottage can accommodate 4 guests in 2 bedrooms plus 1 infant/cot.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

Set in 110 acres of land on the beautiful Exe Estuary the thatched farmhouse dates from the 17th Century and is a quiet peaceful oasis but only a short stroll from the centre of Exmouth and the large expanse of golden sands of Exmouth beach. A short drive and you can experience the dramatic wonders of Dartmoor or Exmoor. The picturesque village of Lympstone with a number of great foodie pubs is just a stroll away along the Exe Trail which passes the front of the farm, so no need to drive!

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden.

A recently built, architect designed, contemporary four bedroom house with a sedum roof, which is ideally located within a few minutes' walk of the beach and the High Street at Budleigh Salterton, East Devon. The house is very close to the coastal walking path and a large natural park, and it is within walking distance of all other local facilities. This quirky 18th century fisher-mans cottage on the River Exe has all you need to enjoy a relaxing time away. Located on the Exe Estuary Trail, it is perfect for walkers or cyclists. Bird enthusiasts will be delighted at the birds-keep an eye out for the kingfisher in the harbour. Lots to do and see locally. Bus and train services very easy here.
