On a beautiful day sit and relax with a glass or two on the covered balcony and watch the stunning wildlife (deer, pheasants, buzzards, hawks, woodpeckers...) Close to Exeter, Dartmoor and local beaches. Private garden.

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The Town house offers 4 spacious rooms, a light, bright, coastal communal kitchen, chilled TV room and courtyard garden with a BBQ & bar. 2 private car spaces with EV charging (chargeable) and easy access to the town and beach mean your always near the action, or can escape it just as easily. Located at the rear of the Kingswood Hotel, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the town centre. Close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
