A great place with an amazing view ! A beautiful villa, with great facilities and a beautifully clean pool. Vladimir, the host was very hospitable and kind in providing recommendations and services. Would recommend this villa for families and friends !

Suzana'dan kaynaklı sorunlar olmasada Suzana elinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Haritadaki konum sizi yanıltabilir eve yakınlaştığınızda Suzanayı arayabilir ve mesaj atabilirsiniz mesajlara daima cevap verir. Konum ve fiyat olarak gayet iyi bir yerde , sessiz , sakin ve huzur dolu. Etrafında sadece bir kaç ev var ve biraz sinek 🙂

Мы провели здесь прекрасную неделю. Всё очень удобно, чисто, продуманы все бытовые мелочи. Ирина встретила нас, всё рассказала про жильё и окрестности. Всегда была на связи, если были вопросы. Очень приятно, что есть удобная и безопасная парковка. И конечно прекрасный сад с фиговым деревом, где можно сидеть в шезлонгах по вечерам. Всё очень душевно, видно, что хозяева любят своё дело. Будем рекомендовать друзьям и надеюсь, приедем ещё. Спасибо Ирине за отличный отдых)))

Had a great holiday, the villa was clean and in a great location to a few main towns we wanted to visit. We all enjoyed use of the pool. Got a little lost finding the villa but Svetlana’s instructions were very helpful. Would recommend!

Natalia’s place is a hidden gem! The apartment is spacious and offers stunning views of Budva and the sea. It’s perfect for a peaceful vacation. Natalia’s mother, who lives nearby, is always ready to assist. We enjoyed unforgettable evenings, grilling seafood in the backyard and admiring the moonlit sea. The city is just a ten-minute drive away, so renting a car is recommended. Parking is never an issue. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay near Budva, especially if you prefer a more rural setting. I would like to return there one day.

It’s a beautiful place Don’t expect a 5* hotel, it’s impossible to find in Sveti Stefan There is bunch of bad thing i.e. issues with parking ( you will have to communicate with angry locals, that park at the same place as you do, they gonna be telling you are not allowed to park here). there gonna be a problem with WiFi 100%… But in the end, that’s the beautiful place anyway. Very good location, stunning view.

After booking at short notice we received all the information needed promptly. The location and views over the sea are quite spectacular. The beach and historic fortified town are a 800m downhill walk with more beautiful coastal walks from there. The sea is warm now in late September, so swimming is good. The apartment met all our needs for a very pleasant 2 day stay.

I had an amazing time! Anka made our stay seamless and easy. Overall, it was a great experience! The apartment was exactly what I wanted and it had all the utensils and appliances we needdd. And it was nice to use the gym, jacuzzi and sauna as well. Also, there is a nice old olive tree up the hill. We took so many pictures of the views!! There are fun little hiking trails for those who enjoy physical activity. I look forward to returning again here! Thank you Anka!

Diane’s place was really beautiful, loved the view of the sea, it is quite hike we used our car to go down to the beach..

Everything went smooth and perfect. Communication was good and the apartment was very clean.

Da unser Appartement über bucht war, haben wir von ein Upgrade in die noch größere Wohnung bekommen. Sie hatte einen tollen Ausblick. Roman hat uns bei allen geholfen.

A peace and quiet place. 15 minutes away from budva town. Friendly host and family. We love the room decoration. They gave us sweet during the check in time. Love cats and people there

Kućica je bajkovita, predivna priroda i okruženje. Neopisivo. Mnogo bolje od očekivanog. Sve pohvale za čistoću i urednost. Divan ugodjaj kamina, toplina doma. Pogled savršen. Gospodin Milorad jako ljubazan, prijatan, uvijek dostupan ... sjajan domaćin u pravom smislu te riječi. Mi smo došle baš dane kad je nevrijeme zahvatilo Lovćen, novembar mjesec. Gospodin Milorad nas je ugostio još jedan dan dodatno da bismo doživjeli prirodu sa sunčanim danima. Planiramo se vratiti ponovo na proljeće jer mnogo toga ima da se vidi. Preporuka svima koji žele bajkovitu kućicu u savršenom prirodnom okruženju, sa divnim krajolicima i pogledom na zaljev. Savršeno

lidja a été très accueillante à notre arrivée et très réactive au cours du séjour lorsque nous demandions des précisions et informations. le logement est charmant, situé en plein coeur du parc national lovcen, dans une nature riche et préservée. nous avons apprécié le calme et le côté douillet du gîte avec le poêle à pellets très appréciable ce fut une expérience dépaysante et plaisante.
