Gezellig appartement midden in het oude centrum van Budva met een knus balkonnetje. Paulina gaf handige instructies m.b.t. parkeren en inchecken. Het appartement was schoon en ruim genoeg voor ons groepje (drie personen). Het was de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Budva en de omgeving te verkennen.

The stay at Ivana's place was very comfortable. Me, my husband, mum, toddler, cat and dog were all very comfortable, two more people could have fit. The apartment is spacious, with one double bedroom and one room with 3 beds, as well as a kitchen with a table, and a large private balcony. The walk to the beach (with all actors involved) was around 15 Minutes. Ivana and her husband were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the communication was easy. You can park in the yard, which is a very important amenity in Budva. All in all, the stay was wonderful! We would come again.

Manzara tek kelimeyle müthiş. Bütün budva ayaklarınızın altında terası kocaman ve tamamen size ait. Evin konumu merkezin dışında ve yaklaşık 15 dakika mesafede. Olga bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kendi arabanız varsa ve budvaya gelecekseniz burada kalmanızı tavsiye ederiz.

Pierwszy raz w życiu mogłem spędzić cały tydzień na plaży. Rano pić kawę słuchając szumu fal. Wieczorem relaksować się tak samo. Miejsce jest idealne dla 2 rodzin. W każdym pokoju duże łóżko + spora dostawka. Byliśmy w 4 dorosłych i 3 dzieci 3,5,6yr. Na pewno wrócimy w przyszłym roku. Sam dom bardzo wygodny, taras olbrzymi. Killi zorganizował nam jedzenie w dniu przyjazdu z dostawą do domu z lokalnej pizzeri. Następnego dnia zorganizował wycieczkę statkiem. Odpisywał błyskawicznie, ze wszystkim pomagał. Warto przyjechać do niego żeby samemu przeżyć tak przyjemne wakacje. W miasteczku duży nowoczesny sklep z super cenami i asortymentem. Blisko do Petrovac. Jovan, dziękuję!

Logement pour famille nombreuses ou avec des amis. Grand, et confortable avec la clim dans toutes les pièces même si mi octobre nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. Bord de mer à 15mins à pied avec de bon genoux quand même ;o) Calme, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la grande terrasse. Prévoir de l'anti-moustique et aussi de nourrir les chats qui viennent rapidement nous caliner :o). Nombreux sites à visiter et restaurants sympas à 15mins en voitures.

Хорошие апартаменты в центре , комната с большим балконом и тихим садом , красивая терраса где мы ели Чисто , хорошая кровать , красивый балкон , чистая ванная Только в описании нужно указать не «дом целиком» а « комната с удобствами» Я бы добавил шторку для душа и сетки на окна. Для нескольких дней хорошо Рядом все есть

La maison de Felipe est grande ,très bien équipée et l'on si sent comme chez soi. La literie est tres confortable et le lit queen size est un plus. le Wi-Fi est parfait .De l'une des terrasses on contemple les citronniers , mandariniers,orangers et oliviers qui ornent le beau jardin. l'endroit est très calme car isolé de la route et de la ville. Merci à la maman de Felipe pour son accueil et pour les delicates attentions de bienvenue.

Bývanie v Peražici Dó bolo najlepšou voľbou na Čiernej Hore. Dom bol na skvelej lokalite kúsok od mora a jednej z najlepších pláži aku sme počas celého pobytu na Čiernej Hore navštívili. Dom ponúkal všetko čo sme potrebovali a vyzeral ešte lepšie ako na fotkách. Veľmi sa nám páčilo, že tam kde je umiestený dom je božský pokoj a pól hodinová prechádzka popri mori je pekne mestečko Petrovac. Jediné čo možno chýba v blízkosti domu je nejaký obchod, ten sa nachádza až v Petrovaci.

Прекарахме си страхотно , чувствахме се като у дома си! Николай е много любезен и отзивчив! Мястото е тихо и спокойно ,в близост до красив плаж. Апартаментът е голям с удобно разположение на стаите и добре оборудван. И не на последно място , благодарение на Николай ,успяхме да се насладим на престоя си в компанията на домашния ни любимец. Задължително бихме посетили отново при следващо пътуване !

Sonja und Neno sind die perfekten Gastgeber, sehr offen, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen viele gute Tips für Unternehmungen. Die Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet gelegen um Montenegro zu erkunden. Alles ist so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Anna was an amazing host. She was clear and very responsive with communication. Gave us great recommendations during our stay. The accommodation itself was just the like the pictures, private and spacious. The view is probably one of the best in Montenegro especially at sunset over the pool. The pool has some loose/missing tiles which might cause injury but that’s a tiny detail

Not so easy to find but also nit very hard :) It is 15min walk from the beach to apartment and 7 minutes walk from apartment to the beach. For me this is Ok since it is kind of training geting up to hill but for childern not so easy. Parking is also a bit tricky and not easy to find or to know where you can park and where not. Olesia we saw only at check in and after that comunicatinn goes with house keeper in building which can be very kind sometime but also sometime very hard in comunication but after all we had nice time and enjoyed our time in Becici. I recomend the place for persons who dont mind to climb but also return from the beach can be arranged by taxi which is not very expensive (3eur during a day and 5 during evening)

Świetna lokalizacja dla osób chcących wypocząć z dala od zgiełku miasta i tłumu; wyposażanie domu bogatsze niż w ogłoszeniu; ogród, liczba tarasów, miejsca do spędzania czasu na zewnątrz, cień które dawały drzewa, bardzo wyróżnia ten dom od innych. Sprzęt nie jest najnoweszej generacji, ale wszystko jest (pralka, zmywarka, opiekacz kanapek, grill, mikrofala, kuchnia do gotowania, piekarnik) i wszystko działa. Pościel jest przyjemna, pachnąca. Niekoncząca się ilość ręczników. Samochód parkuje się w zacienionym miejscu. Widok na góry, na morze i roślinność w ogrodzie daje ukojenie. Blisko do restauracji jesli nie ma sie ochoty na gotowanie i do małego skepiku spożywczego, bardzo dobrze zaopatrzonego. Doskonałe wsparcie gospodarza. Bylismy w 2 rodziny z dziecmi. Doskonały dom na spedzanie czasu razem i osobno od dzieci. Dorosli na gorze, dzieci na dole. Basen 12m długosci przerósł nasze oczekiwania Jesli miałabym wrócic do Czarnogóry, to tylko do French House. Dziekujemy

Great location, clean, nice pool. Very responsive and easy to deal with for check in and out. Lovely little welcome pack- much appreciated after we had a difficult journey! Thank you!

It's a very generous villa with many rooms, so everyone has their own space and the living room/kitchen combination in the main part of the house is great for quite a few people. It was seven of us and we never felt like we stepped on each others' toes. It has a very nice view to the ocean, but unfortunately there is nothing in walking distance, so you always need a car and driver. The entry to the carport is pretty steep, so it's good to have a good car and confident driver. There were plenty of towels and everything needed for bedding was provided, also lots of spare toilet paper and detergent for the washing machine. All in all we had a very nice stay.

Özellikle araç ile gelenler için otopark bulunması çok iyi olmuş. Çevrede çeşitli güzel yerler var.

Świetne miejsce! Blisko do plaży, sklepu i restauracji. Domek i ogród przepiękny! Miejsce bardzo klimatyczne. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni. Na terenie obiektu znajdują się dwa domki, duży basen, mały placyk zabaw dla dzieci. Chętnie wrócimy w to miejsce :) polecam

Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce. Bardzo blisko przystanku autobusowego, sklepu, w pobliżu również restauracje. Na pobliską plażę ok. 10 min spacerkiem. W apartamencie czysto, niczego nam nie brakowało. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, zawsze odpowiadał na nasze pytania.

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

Het is fijn verblijven in dit appartement, het is zeer ruim, voorzien van van alles, schoon en een lekker terras met tuintje Het is iets van de stad af, 15-20 min maar voor ons geen probleem Auto kan voor de deur We voelden ons snel thuis!

Petrovac is a beautiful and cozy town, calm in the daytime but the night coast is full of life. The bars and the restaurants are very nice. Car is not needed in town. The appartment is close to every important location. The equipment is practical and served the three of us very well. The contact person was incredibly kind and empathetic to us. She helped us not only in the accomodation but also in a very difficult situation. She shared some useful information with us about the city and the area. We enjoyed our stay a lot, we would like to return again.

Hi just wanna say about my stay in Luka place .Extremely nice people both brothers ,place nice and clean and beautiful location,and especially the view from balcony towards sea.Becici beach not far away from the Luka place.just wanted to recommend this nice and quiet place to anyone who comes to Budva.

Ivana was a great host, from helping us to arrange a taxi pick up from the airport before we arrived, to ensuring we were happy with everything during our stay. The apartment is very peaceful, especially the outside space which is great for relaxing and providing a cool and shady place to chill out when it's very hot. Only a few minutes walk to the main promenade and beach in Petrovac and close to supermarkets and really good local bakeries.
