Timberlake Cottages

These two cottages are rented as one combined unit, connected by a breezeway with convenient keypad locks. The cottages sit on three acres consisting of a large playing field and walking trail in the woods. Both cottages offer hardwood & tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and custom cabinets with quartz countertops. Each cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The cottages each have a Smart TV with WiFi. Located just 1.5 miles from a grocery store, pizza place, pharmacy, Dollar General and Ace Hardware.

Sunset cottage is lakefront and lake view. Enjoy the water just a few steps away, or while sitting on your own personal deck. Hot tub with lake view on your deck. This is one of our two our modern-rustic, guest cottages, next to our home. If you need two cottages, check out water’s edge cottage. Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Cottage at Old Wire

Early check-in and late check-out are offered for a fee. The fee for an early check-in is $15. The fee for a late check-out is $15. For both the total is $30. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

The Little House on Lark, KING bed

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Centrally located between Springfield and Branson in the quaint town of Ozark. We are located two minutes from the town square but you will enjoy our country setting. We are surrounded by woods and pastures so you can relax, unwind, enjoy nature, spot wildlife, and rest under our covered patio. We have a washer/dryer. King bed, Full bed, and sofa. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating. Fire pit to enjoy with wood provided.

Paul’s Place

Paul’s Place is a cozy studio cabin only a five minute drive from some of the best spots on the Buffalo National River. Whether you want a sandy beach to swim or a relaxing place to float, you will be in a great location. It’s also located within driving distance of Branson, Mo and only 10 minutes to Kenda Drive- In Theatre. The cabin is in a quiet private area with abundant wildlife. Cozy Cottage is just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants. Cozy Cottage is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages.
