We are just 15 minutes south of Louisville, KY, 20 minutes north of Elizabethtown, KY and 30 minutes from the Blue Oval Plant in Glendale. This home would be a perfect base for the Bourbon Trail as well since we are only 10 minutes away from the Jim Beam distillery. Shepherdsville is a smaller town but we have a Super Walmart, Kroger, a ton of fast food options, and a 1.5 mile go cart track at Kart Country.

This 30ft home on wheels was built with heart and purpose, offering a quiet place to unwind while still being in the city. It’s a compact space with the basics you need for a short stay. This is not a luxury rental but a personal project that my dad and I built it during COVID after I lost my job. Using mostly reclaimed and recycled materials, this space became both my creative outlet and a fresh start.🌙🌿

Nice OLDER Apt. while I think it has charm this building was buiIt in 1900 and the walls and parts of the loft are old in this 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with Laundry Room in Bathroom. Has a Couch and Futon in the Den. Nice Large Bathroom with Shower and Tub. Full Nice Kitchen. Nice Deck with Beautiful Downtown View. Someone could sleep on the couch, but this is more definitely more suitable for 2 people. A honey hole (or honeyhole) is slang for a location that yields a valued commodity.
