It includes a bedroom, living room, and bathroom (see details in "the space"). Come relax, explore, and enjoy the views, patios, and sunsets. Pet friendly.

Relax poolside after mountain biking in the neighborhood, hiking on the Parkway, floating down the French Broad River, sightseeing at the Biltmore, or enjoying downtown Asheville restaurants and breweries downtown.

Plenty of hiking trails nearby, minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and more just outside the door! During the summer the HOA hosts local musicians to perform at the pool or clubhouse once a month. The pool may close a little earlier on those evenings.
