Kevin built our barn a while back. Airbnb didn't exist and we were excited to be starting a goat dairy. Now the kitchen sits where we used to milk our sweet goats by hand! Kevin, a woodworker has created a work of art. We are happy to offer our guests a vacation space located in the heart of the mountains, 30 minutes from Asheville. 28 acres offer trails for hiking, disc golf, swimming in the pond, and decompress from your life's stress. The Riverview Tiny boasts big views from the living room and downstairs bedroom. The loft is great for kids. Relax on the front porch with uninterrupted farm views. 15 minutes to the Asheville Airport and 30 minutes to the Biltmore Estate.

This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.
