One member of our party texted me after we parted ways to say “Thank you for finding the awesome Air BnB.” It worked out beautifully for us. Convenient, clean, and comfortable. When we had a question we got a quick response.

Just like the pictures, clean and comfortable. In a great location where you can walk to the beach, restaurants, even the grocery store. The hosts were extremely communicative and flexible. Highly recommend!

A historic home in a beautiful, quiet Pasadena neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable, well-stocked home. Easy breezy checking in and checking out. Lots to do in the area. A perfect stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Randy's place! The home was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed — from beach towels and sunscreen to a cozy gas fireplace, which was perfect since it was pretty chilly in LA during our visit. The shared outdoor area was a great bonus; we used the barbecue and often relaxed there as a family, soaking up the sun. The location is ideal — within walking distance to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and having our own private parking made everything even more convenient. I’d go back to Randy’s place any day!

Cara’s home was a wonderful respite for a week and a half while we remodeled our house and were in transition. We are a small family with three year old child and he was absolutely thrilled everyday to be at home playing with toys and exploring all of the games that Cara and her family kept. We especially appreciated the children’s dinner table set and all of the amenities were as described, in excellent condition, and we really enjoyed our time. The proximity to the park was also an incredible bonus as parents, and it is safe and serene. We are so so grateful for this listing and for Cara and her family’s hospitality.

This rental was better than the photos, charming and comfortable, fully equipt kitchen, comfortable beds, clean space, and outdoor space with a stunning view. The location is like no other. Debbie was an absolute pleasure. She was helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Really enjoyed staying a Shannon's place. Despite being right off busy Olympic Blvd, right next to Century City, it's a quiet and peaceful place. Beautifully decorated studio apartment on the second floor. Nice backyard, but we didn't use it because we were out seeing Los Angeles. Lots of on-street parking. Ralph's grocery store a short walk away. Very comfortable place. Only glitch was getting the key pad code from Shannon early enough for check-in at 3pm. It took until after 5pm and a couple of phone and text messages to finally get it. But perhaps she was tied up that day. Otherwise, a really nice place which we would recommend.

Wonderful stay! Place was so clean and as described. As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed and slept so well and just felt at home. The outside space is also beautiful with a beautiful pool. While it was too cold for me to swim I relaxed outside and read my book and enjoyed the space. Can highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay peacefully while in the city. Definitely helpful to have your own car/rental car. Absolutely loved the giant windows and view. Would stay again!

Visited family for a week and stayed here. Great place to stay, feels like it's your own home in a quiet neighborhood. Huge fenced backyard with plenty of orange and lemon trees. Ben and Matt were very responsive and very flexible with whatever we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

It was such a relief to find Ed’s amazing spot last minute after having to leave an unsuitable air bnb I had booked much earlier. Ed was super responsive and friendly, let me use the laundry, and even accommodated an extra night stay. The place itself is actually very big, lots of fun tv, and is in an amazing neighbourhood. I will totes be back and highly recommend :)

Thomas was so accommodating and responsive. His place is wonderfully decorated and the bed is so comfy! It is a great yard for a dog- there is a whole side yard as well. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Would love to stay at Thomas’ place again :)

Jorge afford flexible accommodation when I came I got sick. My stay was great and everything that could be afford for a stay was affordable. I would 100% recommend the stay to anyone else.

Wundervolles kleines Gästehaus in den Hügeln Pasadenas, etwas abgesetzt vom Trubel in Downtown LA. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir wurden jeden Morgen von den Vögeln und der Sonne durch die vielen Fenster geweckt, es gibt keine bessere Art aufzuwachen. Faisal hat ein tiefes Wissen über Pasadena und LA und war immer verfügbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ohne Auto kann es allerdings schwierig werden, da der nächste ÖPNV 20 Minuten entfernt ist. Aber das sind die USA.

Ótima localização, a Lídia é uma excelente anfitriã, super atenciosa e educada. Ótima casa em lugar estratégico para todos os pontos de Los Angeles. Super indico!!!

awesome place very convenient for Santa Monica beaches and LA downtown.

The guesthouse is all yours with ensuite kitchen and bathroom. The place is very spacious. The area is perfect, right in the center and can travel anywhere within short period of time with your car. We glad we chose his place and get a chance to live like a local.

We’ve stayed a few times at Bertha’s. It’s always the place we look for when traveling to the Burbank/Los Angeles area. The price is great and it’s a major plus that she is pet friendly. We always bring our dog with us when traveling so it’s a must. I would highly recommend Bertha’s place to anyone and we look forward to staying again. Thanks Bertha!
