Beautiful house, beautifully furnished and situated in the best possible location. the location really made it but can't fault anything about our stay.

Brilliant host, impeccable caravan and hot tub. Rebooked already

Absolutely loved our stay myself and 11 members of our family celebrating a 60th birthday and nye . Lots of space very comfortable and had everything you could want in the house . Also lots of great board games . Our 5 dogs Absolutely loved the freedom in the area . Lovely cosy stay sorry to leave but will return

Lovely homely cottage a short drive from Lincoln. Peter the host was very responsive and communicated well with us throughout. We were allowed access 2 hours earlier than the allotted time which was great. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay including a welcome pack of breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausages, milk, bread butter and Peter’s own home made honey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the wood burning stove and the outdoor area where we could watch the rabbits and pheasants every day. I would recommend this delightful cottage to anyone coming to beautiful Lincoln. There is so much to see and do!!

Lovely cottage in a great location. Super thoughtful hosts provided lots of extras for dog/babies etc. Comfy beds, new large towels (something you don’t always find!) decorated really nicely. The place was clean, warm, well equipped, loads of hot water and a great shower - you don’t often find this in holiday cottages! Really easy walking distance to town, the beach and also the big Tesco. Super responsive and helpful host - very kind and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely lovely relaxing stay. Extremely clean with great facilities. The bed was very very comfortable. It was a great location to stay within an easy drive of Lincoln. The hosts were very welcoming and informative and respectful of privacy. The little courtyard with the hot tub was wonderful. Very private and easy to relax at the end of the day.

This was our first time to the north Norfolk coast, staying there with our son, in his final year at UEA. We needed a location in which we could all unwind, decompress and enjoy the environment. The cottage delivered, helped by stunning weather. The village has amenities within walking distance; a general store and post office, fish and chip shop and pubs with food. Maggie was very responsive and helpful and had made the place very cosy. She had left a variety of local goodies, as well as informative and detailed folders with information, which we very much appreciated and which helped us find our way around very quickly. All the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The heating warmed up the house very quickly after arrival and the kitchen was a good size, perfect for our needs. The living room area was also very cosy, giving us some good family time together. It was a great place to come back to after a long day out. This is a place we would always come back to. Excellent!

Great little space for my short stay. I was running the Boston marathon so this was perfectly situated within minutes of the start (also meaning you can avoid queuing up for the loo, total bonus), and use the compact little kitchen area to cook up your pre-race food just as you want. Was the perfect space to chill out in.

This was a lovely place to stay, comfy bed, very clean and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you'd need. Excellent location too, nice and quiet but close to shops and the sea.

Friendly, peaceful and spotless. Five minutes or so stroll to the beach.

Jimmy was extremely helpful from start to finish from when I first booked it to the day of me leaving. Photos really don’t do justice to how beautiful the apartment is! Close to everything that’s needed for a break away at the seaside with friends or family. Will definitely be rebooking!

I loved the apartment, I really liked the location which is close to the center, close to restaurants and the gym.

We spent 1 night at Lydia's place - perfect location to stay after doing rhe Lincoln 10K. The location was ideal, easy walking distance to the center for coffee, bars and restaurants. The place was really clean and tidy. Highly recommended for a visit to the area.

We had a great stay at Ivor’s, the location was so close to the beach and the property was exactly as it looked on the pictures, we would love to go back and stay again.

We had an unforgettable and special stay at this beautiful house. The sunny woodland walks among the snowdrops and around the lake were a delight, and we spotted all sorts of wildlife. Our dogs had a great time running and playing in the open field, and the small children (and big kids) in our party absolutely loved the play area, tennis court, and swimming pool… but the highlight of their stay was the hot tub! Meeting our host, Robert (and his little one), was lovely too. The house had everything we needed to enjoy some quality time together in this lovely historic setting — it’s a rare gem. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience! The little ones are already asking when we can return to the big house — we hope to come again soon!

Extremely clean and tidy caravan, very well equipped in a great location which felt private as was in a secluded place on the site. Very much enjoyed the veranda for watching the sunset and catching the last of summer sun, a short walk to the beautiful beach for dog walks. Several local restaurants/cafes in walking distance and lots to do in the area. My only improvement would be to provide bed linen and towels but would definitely stay again.

Just the best way to welcome in 2025! The house was so warm and welcoming - and the best equipped kitchen ever!!! Such a joy - felt right at home, space for the family and what a sociable kitchen/dining area. Fantastic.... Location in Heacham is great - we drove to various beaches to walk the dogs and everywhere was very accessible. Never stayed in such a dog friendly house before - even equipped with a dog shower! Lots of really thoughtful touches like covers on the sofas so we could relax and so could the pooches! Definitely recommend Holly House and hopefully we will be back!
