Patrick was an amazing and personable host! This spot was ideal for our family. It would have cost us MORE to stay at local hotels, and here, we had our privacy, own space, and a full kitchen. Patrick greeted us personally upon arrival and was available at the click of a button on my phone. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had all we needed. Definitely a great place to stay, but a quick shot straight to Texas A&M!

Absolutely perfect place to say! Everything was as described and might be the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone in the College Station area.

This place was great! It was my first time coming back to college station after graduating a bit under a year ago, and Allison’s place was a great stay for this trip. The place is beautiful, and clean.

This place was great for our busy weekend in CStat! We had the privilege of meeting Margaret and her husband who were so nice and super accommodating! They even gave us a tour of their chicken coop! We enjoyed the pets who came to visit and the ability to grill and have our daughter over for dinner.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was unbeatable—everything was walkable with great restaurants, shopping, and even a brewery just down the street. The host was fantastic, super responsive, and provided all the details we needed. Check-in at 3PM was a huge perk and made arrival smooth and easy. Heads up: if you’re new to Bryan-College Station, trains are common throughout the area—day or night. It’s not specific to this Airbnb, but good to know if you’re a light sleeper. Earplugs or a sound machine can make a big difference. We had such a fun weekend and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb is probably the best one we’ve ever stayed at as far as the layout of the house, cleanliness, organization, etc. She had thought of everything. There were plenty of towels and necessities in the bathroom to last the weekend. We cooked all of our meals there and I have never seen a better stocked kitchen. Lots of games and puzzles which we took full advantage. She had drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter. WiFi was great. The location is south of campus and about 10 min from Kyle Field. It’s close but far enough that you don’t have to deal with traffic until you get close to campus. This time we were there for Ring Day but we will be staying here again as our fourth Aggie is Class of ‘29.

We stayed while visiting our daughter at Texas A&M. The location was convenient to the university, and allowed us plenty of local options for food and drink. The home was spacious and allowed us to relax and spend quality family time together. The host’s were very gracious and provided lots of little extra amenities to make the stay more than comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!!

We booked this gem for Texas A&M Family Weekend and it was just perfect! Everything was so clean. The decor is well appointed and very classy, cozy and inviting! Bed was super comfy! It was SO close to the college and our daughter which really allowed us so much extra time with her! We will definitely be adding this place to the top of the list for future visits! If it’s available don’t hesitate to book!

For the price this was an excellent place to stay while visiting students at A&M. For reference, it looks like it was probably once an off campus dorm. The four bedrooms with private bathrooms were great to have. Only simple improvements I would suggest are needed would be that there is no lamps in any of the bedrooms, and no hand soap in the bathrooms. My bed was comfortable though. If you are looking for a quiet, inexpensive place to sleep it’s definitely worth it!

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and close to campus. The complex is kind of "meh", but Caitlin's condo was fantastic!

We were in College station for a softball tournament. Chris was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was exactly as pictured! The beds were super comfortable!!! We would definitely stay again!
