If you have a large group consider staying here! You will love the donkeys and the chickens and the 98 acres of beautiful countryside are peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool table, fishing, walking around the pond, cooking on the massive gas stovetop, and having the whole place to ourselves. Anything you can think of in a kitchen is there for you to use! We also used the charcoal grill. One helpful hint to anyone staying here, get the fresh eggs!! Delicious!! We didn’t get to use the hot tub, but it was there for us. We enjoyed our stay at this ranch and recommend it to everyone!

This house was awesome! Beautiful living room with large windows gave us great views of the woods surrounding us. Very neat loft space that the kids loved hanging out in, and we spent a decent amount of time on the deck. If you’re looking for peaceful place to getaway, this is a great option.

This was a wonderful stay for a long weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Large kitchen and seating for meals. Private land with a pond and lots of walking trails. Ten minute quaint walk to Lake Somerville through a quiet neighborhood. Host was excellent at communicating and had the house very user friendly. We stayed to visit Round Top and the drive was a bit far but worth the pricing, and the view along the way was amazing in the spring with all of the bluebonnets.

The Sunset Cottage was absolutely perfect for our Son’s Ring Dunk. The house was cozy and super clean. The outdoor area was amazing! Love the outdoor kitchen, long dining table, living area and fireplace. Dey and Raul went above and beyond to provide us with all of the essentials and then some. We had a wonderful time playing lawn games, cards and listening to music. Perfect for large families! We will definitely be back and will highly recommend this property.
