You’ll love it because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the river views, privacy, peacefulness and close to everything.. It is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The cottage was build around the 1940’s . If you enjoy privacy in an authentic environment then you’ll love it. There is a dock on my property, but it is private and not for guest use.

We're located three blocks from the restored Santa Fe Depot, our front porch overlooks Fort Madison's Central Park, and we're a short drive (25 minutes) from Nauvoo.

We welcome guests to our 1880 Sonora Town Hall Cottage. This building once served as a voting poll for the Sonora Township. It is now a beautiful boutique cottage for overnight guests staying in the Nauvoo area. We are located on a working grain farm 6 miles southeast of Nauvoo. PLEASE NOTE: NO SMOKING or VAPING on the premises. We do have security cameras outside of the town hall building, which provide security and lighting for all guests.

If there are any more than two guests there will be an additional charge for the third to eighth guests.
