Lovely place to stay with my son for fossil hunting. The apartment was light and peaceful and comfortable and within easy reach from town and all amenities. Host was very kind and helpful.

Great apartment! Very easy to find and clear check in and check out details. It is a huge apartment so as a group you have loads of space. Our stay was great thanks to Charlotte! It was slightly noisy at some points in the night but it may have been because it was a bank holiday weekend. Didn’t bother us and was expected due to such a central location.

We had an amazing weekend at Dave’s place, met with two friends to explore Bristol and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for that, so central and everywhere was walkable, so much to do! The space was huge, felt very luxurious and full of thoughtful touches, would recommend!

The Bay House apartment was a great place for a short break. The place was clean, bright and airy with amazing views. It was lovely to sit and watch the boats and fishermen in the harbour. The bed was extremely comfortable with pristine linens. The bathroom was stocked with shower gels and shampoos. Westbay itself is a delightful little harbour town with plenty to see and do on a sunny day. Kiosks line the harbour selling ice creams, fish and chips etc. All in all I would recommend the apartment and the location.

The place has everything you need, is thoughtfully set up and has a great view of the harbour.

I have just spent a couple of nights at Emily's place with my daughter. The flat is really lovely. It is absolutely spotlessly clean, stylish, and homely. Lots of thought has clearly gone in to make it a comfortable place to stay. The bed and sofa bed are so comfortable. Good quality kitchen wear, bathroom, and TV make for a luxurious feel. The location is very central, with the added bonus of parking. Luke & Emily we're very communicative and very kindly allowed us to check-in early. Super hosts and highly recommendable place to stay.

Really nice apartment to stay in if you’re visiting Minehead or surrounding areas. Clean tidy apartment with amazing views of the sea. Felt at home, very comfortable. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for the stay. It’s located in the perfect spot right next to the beach and it’s so peaceful! Great service provided by the host, quick to reply to any messages you send. Would definitely visit again. My kids are already asking when can we go back. Big thank you to the host Denise!!

A wonderful house to stay in, me and my friends had the best time! The house was immaculate and Alex was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, with lots of useful information cards/books in the house too!

It’s a lovely large house, with incredible views. Great kitchen to cook from home, lots of space and big bedrooms. Great place, definitely recommend!

Beautiful place. The views, especially with the sun shining, were amazing, and the cottage itself is lovely. We had everything we needed and even more than expected. Lee is a super-friendly host, great at communicating, and anticipated our needs before we even asked. The check-in was more than flexible and easy. I’d definitely recommend visiting here. We have just returned from a relaxing 3 days over New Year 2024 to 2025. Ideal size for 3 couples with a bathroom for each couple. Living area was great with a nice modern open plan kitchen living and dining area. Cooking facilities were very good with modern appliances which made catering for our group very easy. Main fridge freezer was complemented by a separate wine cooler All the bedrooms were of a good size as were the beds with the exception of the double in the 3rd bedroom which felt small ( we have a super king at home so it may have just been an adjustment to that ) We stayed close to the house and ate at the Lake Yard which is 5 mins walk away. Whilst it is a members club we were able to book a meal which was subject to a 20% non members price increase. We ate at The Yachtsman on NYE. Luke the host was very responsive and helpful answering any queries quicker than advised and we all appreciated the welcome basket. Good trip had by all

A lovely home in a fantastic location, walking distance to a beautiful sand beach, lots of cafes, activities etc.

I stayed here for my birthday and it was absolutely lovely. The place is tucked away in beautiful Midford, just outside Bath, and it was the perfect peaceful escape. The accommodation was spotless, cozy, and full of charm, with thoughtful touches throughout. Waking up to the countryside views was such a treat. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday getaway- would recommend!

Lovely stay at Helen's place. Clean and tidy with good amenities. Helen was really proactive in contacting us and was super friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. clear instructions for checking in were provided along with some useful guidance on the area. House was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay for a family of five. Very close to he marina for a lovely stroll, bars, restaurants and shops.

This was one of the best homes we have stayed in - felt really cosy, friendly and was extremely clean with great thoughtful touches like; arrival basket, and toys for families and younger children if needed. The weather was absolutely awful while we were there so having this amazing house to chill in with glass doors from ceiling to floor in the living space gave a sense of still being outside and there was enough space for us all to feel extremely comfortable. Great communications with the hosts who were super helpful,

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also ideal – close to everything, yet quiet enough to truly unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Tony’s place was absolutely perfect. Communication was spot on, quick and easy going. Instructions to get in couldn’t have been a smoother. The actual apartment smelt lovely and was spotless. With tea and coffee facilities. The location of the apartment was also perfect for walking to the bay, town and the Utilita Arena, which was the purpose of our visit. Can highly recommend.

Our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) were very comfortable staying here. The decor was modern and lovely. The beachside views were incredible, and the sunsets! We wanted a peaceful weekend away from the noise and this home provided just that. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook a few meals, and we drove less than 10 minutes to local restaurants. Being able to walk outside and be on a sandy beach in less than a minute was more than ideal.

Apartment as shown on photos, clean with a well equipped kitchen. Central location within West Bay with stunning coastal walks and variety of restaurants. Found Chris to be very friendly and provided helpful information. Look forward to stopping at apartment again.

Really enjoyed our stay, great location for exploring the area. The apartment was clean, comfortable and cosy. Beds were really comfortable, bathroom very small but fine for three of us for a few days. We would love to stay again if we return to West bay.

Vanessa was fantastic host. Good clear communication and always happy to answer questions. The place is perfectly positioned for walking to town, beach and bars. Very quiet. Impressive interior. Beautifully presented.

This was our second visit to Carolyn's apartment in West Bay. We also visited out of season last time - West Bay has a lovely out of summer season vibe! There were plenty of shops and restaurants still open. We did have a dramatic storm for one day, but mostly the weather was dry, sunny and bracing! The apartment is in a great location, and is beautifully maintained - very clean and welcoming. Carolyn is a wonderful host - excellent communication and very useful information from entry details to local amenities.
