The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to my messages, which made the whole stay even more pleasant. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

The house is perfect for a weekend away with friends to catch up for a chilled weekend out of the city. There’s really nice local restaurants and wine bars in st Leonards within a 10 minute walk, and Hastings is a nice beachfront 45 min walk away. I’d recommend this house for anyone looking for a chilled weekend away with friends! One thing to note for anyone looking to hire this place (not a bad thing) - one of our party recently got engaged so we blew up some balloons for a champagne toast one night. We were a very chilled bunch and stayed out of the house most of the time, but the host did try and charge us £150 for the few deflated balloons we accidentally left in the downstairs bathroom. We did a thorough clean and stuck very closely to the rules of this property, but I would not recommend this house if you are wanting to have parties or spend lots of time in the house. I would only recommend if you are using the house as a place to chill together and explore the local area!

We had a lovely weekend stay in Sarah and Marks beautiful property to celebrate a friends significant birthday. The house was one of the best air bnb's we have ever stayed in. Everything we could have wanted or wished for was there. The house is beautifully decorated, supremely comfortable, cosy and welcoming. It is situated in a quiet location with far reaching Sussex countryside views. We were warmly welcomed by Mark and Sarah who were around should you need anything but not intrusive. We can't thank them enough for having us to stay into their stunning home, everything was just perfect. Thank you also for the generous gifts of wine, eggs, birthday cake with candles, local jam, milk and the happy birthday banner, all of which were much appreciated. Thank you so much.

Had a wonderful time staying in the property. The flat is absolutely immaculate, lovely decor, lots of light, great location, two mins walk from the park. Very sad to be leaving. Maria and Sofia were amazing hosts, super friendly, responded instantly to all questions, looked after us during our stay. Cannot recommend highly enough.

If driving then allow for car park, 24 hours at local NCP is £35 or 15min walk to free street parking. If travelling by train then fine as 2 mins from station. Place spotless and great location, 5 min walk to the Laines and North Road

Das wichtigste vorweg: wir waren mehr als zufrieden und unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Bereits im Vorfeld hatte Claires Assistentin Luisa Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen und erste Tipps gegeben, wie wir am Anreisetag zueinander kommen. Sie erwartete uns dann bereits in der Wohnung, um uns die Besonderheiten der Wohnung zu beschreiben (Heizung, Küche, Terrasse etc.) sowie ein paar Tipps zu geben, wo wir einkaufen können und wie wir schnell ins Zentrum gelangen. Diese Tipps waren Gold wert. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. An einigen Tagen gab es Flugzeuggeräusche, aber sie störten nur morgens und waren hilfreich, um den Tag nicht zu vergeuden. Im weiteren Verlauf hatten wir keinen Kontakt zu Luisa oder Claire, weil wir einfach rundum zufrieden waren. Jederzeit würden wir wieder in dieser schönen Wohnung Quartier beziehen. Very good communication with the host, she is proactive and helpful. Apartment is as described, check-in and checkout are very easy.
