Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

Piccolo appartamentino in posizione super centrale, all’interno di un cortile e quindi senza vista sul mare, però molto comodo per tutti i servizi. Sottolineo l’estrema pulizia, l’organizzazione e l’ordine dell’appartamento, cosa non scontata. Era dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un breve soggiorno, l’appartamento è in ottimo stato, tutto l’ arredamento, bagno compreso, è nuovo.

Dominque was an amazing host - extremely accommodating and friendly. The apartment was in a perfect location, very close to public transport and amenities. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Très bon séjour à Nice dans cet appartement. Le logement est vraiment très agréable et sa localisation idéale pour découvrir Nice. Le garage est un vrai plus. Nicolas a été très disponible et flexible. Je recommande cet appartement.

Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, bei Linda zu wohnen, und es war eine aussergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Linda ist die Inbegriff einer perfekten Gastgeberin – warmherzig, freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Ihre Unterkunft in Nizza ist nicht nur gemütlich und sauber, sondern bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Linda ging weit über das Übliche hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass ich mich wohlfühle. Sie hat grossartige Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und sich immer Zeit genommen um etwas zu erklären. Ihre Gastfreundschaft machte meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich und war ein echtes Highlight meiner Reise. Es ist kein Wunder, dass Linda den Titel „Superhost“ trägt – sie verdient ihn absolut! Ich kann sie und ihre Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen und hoffe, bald wieder bei ihr zu Gast sein zu können.

From start to finish our entire experience staying at Ivan’s flat was excellent! Ivan was an amazing and clear communicator, very responsive and informative, our instructions for check-in, our stay, and check-out were clear, warm and welcoming. Ivan went above and beyond as a host to make our stay incredibly comfortable. The location of the flat was perfect to explore and walk everywhere we wanted to, it was just a short walking distance from the train station, and you walked out the door of the flat and you were right where there was a daily farmer’s market, excellent restaurants, an antique market just around the corner, and clothing and artist markets on other days of the week. We were steps away from a beautiful chapel, the ocean seawall, the Picasso Museum, and much more!! The rooms were spotless, bright, and had all the amenities we needed - a perfectly stocked kitchen to prepare meals in, a washer/dryer, a/c, wifi, and a very comfortable bed. We highly recommend! Il soggiorno nell’appartamento di Marc è stato molto bello, la casa è silenziosa, luminosa e piú grande di quanto appare nelle foto. Marc è sempre stato gentilissimo nell’elasticità degli orari e nella disponibilità in generale. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Super Ausblick über die Bucht. Viel Sonne beim Kaffee trinken am Morgen. Geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen. Gastgeberin sehr nett.

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Le logement est très bien placé et bien équipé. Le petit balcon est un vrai plus. Les nuits sont calmes malgré un peu de passage sur le boulevard. L'accueil de François était chaleureux et complet, nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

excellent séjour, très jolie maison dans un village aux petites ruelles splendides. Même à 1h du matin la communication lors d' une coupure de courant avec Annika fut au top, réactivité 100% merci à vous

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Malgré une météo maussade, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, emplacement du logement idéal avec parking privé, une belle découverte et des hôtes très disponibles.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Eric. Bel immeuble de plus d'un siècle, cosy et très bien situé à 5 min à pied de la vieille ville. Réseaux de transports en commun proches. Eric s'est montré réactif et disponible dans nos échanges. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cet appartement à nos proches. Corinne et Pascal

Beau logement Le propriétaire très réactif au questions et respectueux , c’est très agréable la Plage est à 2 min à pieds, transport à proximité et agréable encore merci je recommande fortement au personne qui souhaite venir à Nice c’est très bien situé et il a tout autour ou à quelques minutes pour du shopping, manger etc … je valide ☝🏾✅

Wonderful apartment and an excellent host. The apartment is nice, spacious, really close to the train station and Catherine even helped us to find a taxi one day to return from a dinner. She was very helpful with everything we needed. Would love to come back other times 🥰

Not even 2 minutes from the train station. Lovely view and near a lidl and some other little supermarkets which is very convenient. 10 mins max from either tram line too. Host is super quick getting back to you when you need anything which is great. Place was gorgeous! Jacuzzi was lovely. Had on his listing that is had scaffolding but there wasn’t any when we got there 10/10 loved out stay
