Great place for a staycation. Perfect for the summer months as the pool is still warm even at around 9pm mla. The place is fully air conditioned so you wont feel the heat when inside.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The pool is huge and perfect for relaxing or swimming all day long. The water was clean and refreshing. The rooms were spotless – well-maintained, cozy, and comfortable. It’s very private, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The secured parking for cars was a big plus! The kids had a great time playing in the pool, and we all had so much fun. It’s clear the host takes pride in keeping everything clean and tidy. Kriselda’s place is very cozy and highly functional. All the things you need are already there, including drinking water, you just need to bring your other consumables like food, ice and charcoal for the grill. The pool and room is just of the right size for family of max 12 (with kids). I like that they have water heater in one of the showers that helps relieve kids’ shiver after swimming. Hosts are very responsive. I can’t think of any cons to point out as everything is clean and comfortable.

Our family had a great time at Chill Spot Manila. The place was clean and had all the amenities as described. Kuya Jun, their caretaker, was kind and helpful. The pool was clean, their beds smelled good and felt comfortable. All the aircons worked well and kept us cool under the heat. Super big deal because it’s really so hot during this time of the year so this is really appreciated. Overall, we really had no complaints and we will surely come back :)

Ms. Regine was a nice and approachable host. Her unit is very spacious and clean. We felt like it is our home because you can feel and smell that the unit is well taken care of. I would definitely go back here.

I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.

the host is very accommodating and all are being arranged by her so that we can have a smooth checked in. Tha place is good as well with internet. I guess just needs to improve the speed so that we can watch everything in the tv.. Overall super satisfied with the stay!!
