Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges. - Free Wi-Fi throughout the home - Beach gear included (chairs, towels, toys) - Outdoor shower—perfect after a beach day - Plenty of parking and an enclosed backyard for added privacy Sleeping Arrangements: - Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom, and balcony access - Bedroom 2: Queen bed with trundle (queen + twin) - Bedroom 3: Two twin bunk beds plus a twin trundle (4 beds total) - The open, spacious layout comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests Living & Gathering Spaces: - Open floor plan with a cozy living area, perfect for family time - Screened lanai and large balcony to relax and enjoy ocean views - Games and entertainment for guests of all ages Good to Know: - Up to 2 dogs are welcome with prior approval. A $180 non-refundable fee applies per dog. -Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property. All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of throughout the stay and prior to checkout. This includes the yard, pool area, driveway, walkways, beach access paths, and any other outdoor spaces. -Any pet-related messes inside the home, including accidents on floors, carpets, furniture, bedding, or excessive pet hair requiring additional cleaning, may result in additional cleaning charges. -Failure to remove pet waste from the property may result in a pet waste removal fee of $150, depending on the amount of waste and labor required for cleanup. Excessive pet waste, multiple uncollected piles, or conditions requiring specialized cleaning may result in higher charges based on actual remediation costs. -Excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover due to misuse, parties, smoking, pet waste, or excess trash may result in a cleaning fee of up to $750. - Pool heating is available with at least 3 days’ notice for $60 per day, paid prior to check-in. - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain on-site for the duration of the stay. - This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Violations will result in a $550 odor remediation fee. - A starter supply of essentials is provided for your first 24 hours; additional items can be purchased as needed. - Before arrival, you’ll receive a digital Welcome Guide with check-in details, Wi-Fi info, and local tips. This special vacation home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Ideal location across from the beach, just minutes to drive or bike into historic downtown St. Augustine. The 1950's coastal bungalow is set on Vilano Beach's historical Street. The home has been completely remodeled, plenty of parking and is pet friendly. Surfside's pet friendly beach access/parking and North Shore Community Park is 1 block away with tennis/ pickle ball courts, playground and dog park.

The Pink Seahorse - Beachfront Modern A-Frame

Fabulously updated 1970 a-frame on the beach with many modern and luxury touches throughout. The lowest level is equipped with a queen size bed room, a sitting area (futon converts to a bed as well) with TV and a bathroom. The main level has a queen bedroom, bathroom, very comfortable living area with dining table to seat eight, the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay! The upstairs loft has two queen beds and a twin day bed. Outside, the ocean awaits!
