The beach house was a good fit for our family spring break. It had just enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 12. The house was in good condition, had a fully stocked kitchen and grill for cooking and was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Speaking of the beach - it's a great wide beach with plenty of space to spread out and play. And the house was well equipped for a day at the beach with many chairs, towels and boogie boards at our disposal. The area has a couple of walkable restaurants but not the most convenient as you have to cross the busy A1A without a cross walk to get there. Definitely doable but not ideal. We'd definitely book again.

Josh's place was perfect for our needed get-away. The home was in a very quiet neighborhood and close enough to the beach to feel the cool breezes when sitting outside on the river deck. Fish jumping, birds everywhere, I loved it! Such a nice relaxing place. Bed is SUPER comfy! I hope to return in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at Benk’s house. Benk met us at check in to make sure everything was good for us. The house had lots of extra things like bikes, corn hole, horseshoes and fire pit to keep the family busy. It is a very short walk to the beach which is awesome! Master had a great walk-in shower. We will book this home next time we come back to St Augustine.

We had a fabulous time. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. The property was relaxing and quiet. We will definitely be back.

It was a very beautiful home. Lots of different things to do around the area as well, and the canal was very good fishing.

House was great! Comfortable beds, good shower, lots of seating in dining and living room. Use of the garage was a bonus as we had rented bikes and a convertible. House was close to beach and easy to come and go. Communication with Renee was easy. Only downside was the main floor had a bit of a mildew smell, but this could be common in beach houses.

We had an amazing stay! The house is immaculate and the hosts have thought of everything to make this a perfect place for a family vacation. My daughters (9 and 3 years old) were in love with the house and the walk ability to the beach. We’ve stayed at several Airbnbs and this by far was the most modern and family friendly. Can’t recommend this home and host highly enough and my wife already has us looking at the calendar for an excuse to stay again! Easiest 5 stars ever!

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

We loved the location of this place! Far enough from the traffic and hustle of downtown, but only a 10 minute drive or uber. We loved how close it was to the beach and even used the bikes to ride up to the lighthouse. Would recommend!

Mark and Melanie have a GEM at St Augustine Beach! The kitchen is so well stocked there is nothing missing. The seaside decor sets the tone for a very comfortable and relaxing getaway! The unit is clean, bright, well designed and the walkout patio directly to the beautiful Pool is a highlight ! The condo complex is securely gated. And extremely well maintained. And they’ve thought of everything , all The beach chairs, toys and towels are included which makes packing for a beach vacay a breeze. Melanie was very responsive and prompt with checkin instructions and local Recommendations. The beach is our favorite with white sugar sand , rolling surf, shells and it Is perfect for daily walks. We’ve stayed at many condos in St Augustine and this is by far the favorite ! We’ve reserved for a return trip next year and look forward to the sun, ocean, and relaxing here again !

Edward and Glenna's place was our home away from home for 3 nights and it wasn't enough! My husband and I welcomed the feeling of calm going upstairs after busy hot days of sightseeing. For the energetic, the house is within walking distance to the town center or you could use the bikes provided. We treated ourselves to dinner at one of their recommended restaurants, Cap's On The Water, and, despite the almost hour wait for an outside table, was more than worth it for the wonderful food and picturesque sunset. I highly recommend booking Edward and Glenna's place when in St. Augustine. 👍💯

Very cute apartment. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Location is a short ride to the downtown area. Great restaurants and shops. They had a binder full of details that was very helpful. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

We really enjoyed Amy & Gaston’s place! Great location, close to the beach. We loved the use of beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler. We really enjoyed our morning walks to the Kookaburra and our evenings at Cone Heads (w/ nondairy options). This is a great, quiet place to stay if you’re looking for a lowkey beach vacation.

A beautiful cozy condo on the Matanzas River in St. Augustine Shores. The views are very pretty from the lanai and condo. Sunrises over the river! Carla is a top-notch host who responds promptly to any inquiries and takes care of any issues quickly. The condo is very clean, bright, and nicely furnished in beach decor. Perfect for that setting! Lots to do in the area. 3 pools, 1 heated in the complex. Beach is a short drive. Awesome restaurants of all kinds. Historic Downtown St. Augustine, a must to experience. We highly recommend Carla as your host and her Riverfront Condo in St. Augustine for your next getaway!

The location awesome. The complex is very clean, safe and well maintained. The pool was clean, the water was warm and it wasn’t too busy. The boardwalk to the ocean was great. We regularly saw several turtles near the boardwalk. The condo’s air conditioning and heat was spot on. The beds were comfortable. We had everything in the room for a wonderful stay. Jeremy, the owner is first rate. Super friendly and helpful. He gave us many tips for restaurants in the area. The leather furniture and tile floors were great for all my allergies. We had a nice view of the sunrise over the ocean from our room. I could go on and on.

My husband and I had a great time. Condo 214 is very clean and in a magnificent location. Waking up to the ocean is like a dream come true. Chris is very responsive.

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. Matthew's condo, located in Butler Beach, on Anastasia Island was a short drive to some great locations including St. Augustine Old Town, a great place to spend time, beautiful Anastasia Island State Park and much more. We took a sunset cruise in the bay, toured St Augustine, played mini golf and had plenty of beach time. Comfortable accommodations, had most everything we needed. Must have a car to enjoy the area. Great stay ll in all. Glad we came down in April, wasn't terribly crowded.

We enjoyed our family spring break trip at Kevin & Lindsey's condo. They gave me very detailed and easy to understand instructions for check-in, the place was clean and well stocked (we enjoyed the beach chairs), and it was a really peaceful community. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the heated pool! The only thing to note, this was definitely a community for older people as there were not many children during our stay. I feel like we may have invaded the pool during water aerobics one morning. Our kids are 8 and 10, so they kept to themselves but it would have been nice to see more families around. It could have just been that our spring break was early. We were in bed early and up early. It was really quiet and peaceful during our whole stay. Oh, and parking was close by and easy too! We know the area well and the location was close to pretty much everything. We would absolutely return in the future.

This condo is perfect. It met our needs and is located in beautiful St. Augustine. Great location. Ocean views. Peaceful.
