We really enjoyed our time in Marcia’s place. She was really responsive. Just be careful driving on to driveway of the house since the uphill is steep and certain cars may not have the below height. Overall great experience. We really enjoyed our daily evening walks around the house on the trails

Hosts were very communicative and quick to address our needs and concerns. I would recommend this place. It was great for our large group.

Wildflower Retreat was a great choice for us - especially 4 bedrooms with at least a queen bed in each room (plus a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms). A very cozy, old farmhouse not more than 3-4 minutes from campus. It was very clean, and had some neat features--a workout room with some interesting historical photos on the wall. It also had some nice touches, like the china plates displayed in the dining room. My group had returned to Miami U. for an alumni event, and we unanimously agreed that we would not hesitate to stay at Wildflower Retreat on our next visit.

Stayed here a few days for my daughter’s basketball tournament. The hosts were very good communicators and responded to all of my questions in a very timely manner. The place itself was beautiful, extremely clean, great furnishings, and super comfy beds. If I am ever up in this area again, I will definitely stay here.

We loved our stay. It was in a great, safe location and very close to Miami University. The place was extremely clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was an overall great place to stay. There is a nice and peaceful sun room, great yard, and great open kitchen/living room for just hanging out. Brian was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. This is one well save for next time.

My family had a wedding at the Hanover reserve about 15 min away. There was 5 of us staying in the house and there was more than enough room to spread out and get ready without being on top of each other. The house is old and beautiful! Very well kept. The whole family was wishing we could stay longer!! Keith was great and helped us out in an early check in as soon as he could since our wedding was at 530 pm. I truly would recommend staying here instead of a hotel. Better pricing and more space! 10/10 stars!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is beautiful and bright with many windows . The kitchen has great appliances including a dishwasher. Having oatmeal on hand was nice. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have an outdoor deck area although we didn’t have time to use it. The only downside is you can hear noise from the apartment above. We would stay here again.

This our second time staying at April’s. The place was very clean and April is very responsive. The weather was beautiful for our stay. We enjoyed a great hike in the John Bryan state park. The restaurants are very good and walkable from Aprils place. She has a great place and is an exceptional host.

We don’t stay in Airbnb’s often. The location was much better than local hotels for our needs. Included parking, especially in the city where you pay extra for parking almost 100% of the time, was a real plus! Nightly rate for our six night stay was better than the hotel we typically stay at when visiting Cincinnati. Would consider staying again.

Would definitely stay again! The place was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and in the perfect location for a friends wedding - the view of the city from the back porch didn't hurt either! Shoutout to Schwartz's Point Jazz Club down the street where I made some amazing friends. Bonus: the kitchen was stocked with healthy cooking oils! Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Our stay was fantastic! The bed was comfortable, nice hot shower, and the apartment was very clean. We attended an event at Xavier University so the location was convenient. Will definitely stay again when in Cincinnati.

We came for a wedding and we liked the location, since it was walkable to the area we were going. We weren't there a lot, but the room was nice. Overall quiet location, although it is right next to the laundry room which we could hear but it wasn't lound enough to bother us. Not a ton of table space/counter space once we pulled out the microwave, but everything was there that we needed (fridge, microwave, kettle!, coffee pod machine-bring your own decaf-, dishes) and it was perfect for the weekend. There were hangers in the closet for us to hang our wedding wear to keep them fresh, and a nice coat rack at the door. The decor was cute, and the layout was nice. Parking was on the street and while busy, we both found parking space within the block when we arrived. We really liked the place and would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay for a night and enjoy the Cincinnati stop of our road trip. Mike was very responsive. The parking garage attendants were very friendly as well and pointed us in the direction of the Mike’s place.

Booked this for a girls weekend recently. This place was even better than we had imagined. The pictures don’t even do it justice and the location doesn’t get much better in this city— right on the Findlay market! Would recommend this place 100x over and now I’m looking for another excuse to stay in one of her BnBs!

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

If you want to be accessible to Downtown, Mount Adams is a hidden gem - a peaceful, safe, historic enclave. The property itself is really fantastic. Amazing views, rooftop deck, clean and classy interior spaces. I wish I had to stay longer - felt like home.

So many pros to this great space! Cozy, lots of great decor - beautiful antique fireplace (with a very realistic artificial fire), bare brick, open kitchen, comfortable bed, and a terrific balcony, with a view of the light show at the soccer stadium a couple blocks away! Off street parking, right outside the door. Clean, modern kitchen appliances. Big, clean bathroom. Host was friendly and responsive. The cons? Hardy any cons. It is a third floor space, so there are steps to deal with, but they are wide and not steep. Also, (and this is a thing you don't notice till it's missing)... No hooks. No hooks by the front door for a raincoat, no hooks in the bed/bathroom for your robe, and no towel rack. Other than hooks, this place has everything you need for a great getaway in a really fun neighborhood. Also, it's just a 5 minute walk to Vine and the busy streets with great bars, restaurants, and fun shops, but it's far enough to avoid the late street noise. Five stars- will return!

The space was perfect. We wanted to go out in OTR and went the FC Cincy game and the location couldnt have been more perfect! We did go downtown one evening and the FREE street car was right on the corner! Martin was extremely communicative. Only downside was felt like you had to walk on eggshells with all of the reminders to be quiet posted. Was able to hear noises from other units so makes sense tho.
