This second story space located minutes from downtown, Parkview and PFW still sits on a quiet 2 acre lot. The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

A farmhouse suite welcomes you! Enjoy a stay in a large private guest suite on the 2nd floor of our historic farmhouse. You'll enjoy a relaxed haven that feels like the country, inside the city! Only 5 minutes from shopping, parks, trails, restaurants, library and 15 minutes from downtown. Enjoy park-like setting, use of pool during Summer (shared), and large yard. 2nd bedroom available for add'l $. We will rotate pool use if other guests are here. No pool parties. Picket Fence Farm Private Guest Retreat Suite

Stay in a 2nd story private suite in a modern farmhouse where we reside on a family farm in Amish country. Guests have the entire 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, a private bath, and a sitting room. You can watch Amish buggies drive by while you rock on the front porch, access shared patio spaces or sit by a creek. We have cows, goats & chickens. We're in the heart of Shipshewana Amish/Mennonite community, minutes from downtown Shipshewana & all it has. An authentic, comfortable country getaway.

Located in the West Central neighborhood within easy walking distance of the convention center, library and entertainment outlets. The Suite is a private apartment with a private entry located within the owners home - there is no kitchen there is a small fridge, micro, coffee maker. Fox Lake Road Bungalow (Near Trine University)

This two bed two bath home is very new and fresh with brand new high-end furniture. From the 65” TV to the gas fire pit on the patio overlooking the small creek and woods you won’t feel more relaxed. We are five short blocks from Trine University and a short drive to the center of town and one of our 101 lakes. Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
