Wir verbrachten zu zweit 4 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir den unglaublich schönen und großen Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, der Blick ins Tal fantastisch! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Im Ort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind aufgrund des Regens mit dem Auto in den Ort gefahren, ansonsten wären wir die 30 Minuten sicherlich auch zu Fuß gegangen. wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten! La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Villetta incantevole nel relax totale. Tanto spazio verde e una bellissima piscina... tutto solo per noi. Giovanni è stato super accogliente e gentile. Un'esperienza da ripere, consigliatissimo! Un saluto da Fede e Kevin

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

Carolina’s place was so cute and in such a peaceful location. We had breakfast served by her mother and it was wonderful. They’re home in beautiful and they were so kind. I do wish the hot water lasted long enough for two showers but for a place in the middle of the country I totally understand. Definitely recommend!

We (me and my 6 French friends) spent lovely vacations at Cris place.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce qui est sans doute le meilleur Airbnb que nous avons fait. Le logement est exactement conforme aux photos, l’emplacement est top pour visiter des villes comme Florence, Pise, Sienne, Lucques… Les enfants se sont bien amusés dans le jardin et ont adoré rendre visite aux poules et aux poussins. Daniele et Monica sont des hôtes simples, chaleureux et d’une bienveillance rare. Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour eux. Leur générosité nous a profondément touchés. Je recommande ce lieu à tout le monde, vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous.

La casetta est située dans une rue calme, dans un quartier suffisamment proche du centre historique pour tout faire à pied. idéal pour une famille. Elisa est une hôte sympathique, accueillante et très réactive qui donne des idées de restaurants, dans le quartier et au centre. Flyers et guides de Bologne à disposition dans l'appartement. Le must : Elisa avait laissé pour nous tout le nécessaire pour déjeuner le matin.

L'appartamento di Giuliana si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla a due passi dal centro di Bologna, che può essere raggiunto comodamente a piedi in una quindicina di minuti. Dispone inoltre di un comodo posto auto: un must se si vuole arrivare a Bologna in auto e poi girare la città a piedi! L'appartamento è pulitissimo e molto luminoso situato al sesto piano e quindi lontano dai rumori della strada. Giuliana si è inoltre dimostrata molto disponibile e flessibile per quanto riguarda l'orario di arrivo e ha fornito indicazioni precise e puntuali su come effettuare il check in in autonomia. Consiglio assolutamente!

Mark, è stato molto gentile, nel farmi trovare un piccolo aperitivo al mio arrivo, che mi sono goduto. L'appartamento l'ho trovato molto curato, dal soggiorno, alla cucina e la camera da letto. È stata una sperienza dormire nella torretta.

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Luxury in Milan: First, if you are wondering about the host, you shouldn't. Paola is the perfect combination of professional and personal. She was an amazing host, who met us at the door and made us feel right at home. It's clear that she loves her city, and was excited to share with us many restaurant and experience recommendations that were perfect. She was very responsive to communications, and went out of her way to help us with a luggage issue our son had. The living space is Immaculately clean, with separate upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, both with spacious showers. It's a combination of uncluttered but still decorated very tastefully. The appliances work very well, and there is good AC if you need it. The WiFi is blazing fast (>500Mbps). The main bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed. The location is ideally located: a short, safe walk to both the station and city center. If we are lucky enough to return to Bologna, we would certainly stay here again.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Besonders angenehm war der Parkplatz an der Unterkunft und der schöne kleine Garten, indem man sich vom Sightseeing erholen kann. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

siamo arrivati facilmente seguendo le precise indicazioni di Giacomo e abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui andavamo in cerca, natura silenzio e relax! non in secondo piano la struttura che offriva tutti gli spazi abitativi descritti dall'host. Consiglio vivamente a chi "vuole staccare la spina". Ottime anche le trattorie nel territorio.

Benedetta was the perfect host! The location was perfect for us with a small park to exercise our dog and a fenced garden. There is a pastercceria a stone's throw which did excellent coffee too. We also made use of the local butcher who had some very appetising produce.

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

The house is very, very lovely – it feels like you're practically in a museum in the middle of nature, or as if you've stepped into a movie. Even though we didn’t stay for long, we absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this property.

Silvia’s place was one of the best Airbnb we’ve been to, and we’ve been to a lot 🧡 it’s a great location, super comfortable beds, clean as a whistle, kitchen fully stocked with anything and everything you need to prepare your food. Perfect place. Would definitely come back.
