The property is exactly as described and looks even better than the photos. Checking in was a breeze as Ms. Jen was already at the property waiting for us even before we arrived, walked us through the property, and explained the house rules. The owner, Ms. Malou has been very responsive and friendly, it felt like we were staying in a friend’s house and everything we needed were immediately taken cared of. A short walk to the beach and the property has a private entrance and a guard at the gate 24/7. Would 100% recommend.

Ms. Charo's place is highly recommended for big groups that intend to have a relaxing and fuss-free stay in LU away from the bustling center. The rooms were clean, everything was organized, utensils were complete, and the host/caretakers offered a seamless communication experience. They were very hands-on, ensuring guests had the best stay possible, even going above and beyond during power outages. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely visit again.

Villa Marikit truly felt like a home away from home. The place is exactly as described—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. Coordinating with Charo, Raymund, and their on-ground team was effortless. Their proactive communication made our trip smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect—close enough to Urbiztondo’s famous spots yet tucked away just enough to offer a sense of peace and exclusivity. It was the best of both worlds, allowing us to enjoy the energy of LU while having a quiet retreat to return to. The house itself is well-equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and there are plenty of common areas to relax and hangout as a group. Overall, our stay at Villa Marikit was nothing short of amazing. Until our next LU trip! ✨

We absolutely loved our stay at GGP Homestay! It’s the perfect place for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The place is really well thought out— every space was fully utilized, and the overall layout was both amazing and inspiring. It had complete amenities, quality furniture, and a fantastic view that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The location is serene, ideal if you’re planning to bond with family over a staycation. The whole subdivision is super quiet, and even the neighbors were very understanding. Grab delivery is accessible. The owner was also very responsive. GGP Homestay is about 22 to 33 minutes away from the city center, depending on traffic. Getting to the house is challenging because of the steep and narrow road — the host did inform us about this ahead of time, but we admittedly underestimated it. Also, if you plan to explore tourist spots, you might just end up wanting to stay in and enjoy the house instead. Highly recommended for family and friends!

We definitely had a great stay! The place was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the hosts including their caretaker was smooth as well. The only downside was a scheduled electrical and water interruption in the area, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. Will be back!! 🤙🏼

The place is so beautiful & relaxing. Highly recommended if you want to stay away from the hustle & bustle & crowded beach front area. Well-maintained & having a private jacuzzi and heated pool is a rare find. Very responsive host and helpful staff. We definitely wanted to go back and try the other Asalea properties.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Maria Teresa's place. The compound where the place was had a right of way to the beach. The kitchen was well-equiped, so we found it easy to use it. Jenny, her assistant who showed us in, was very helpful.

This has always been our top go-to place whenever we visit Baguio. The location is perfect, the surroundings are peaceful, everything is clean, and the staff are genuinely warm and accommodating. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be sharing this with all my friends and colleagues! Shoutout to Kuya Rocky for always being there and making sure all our needs are taken care of. A hidden Gem - Peaceful, spacious, close to most tourist attractions Our stay at Kais place has been amazing. The place is alot bigger than you would think from the photos and the owner and caretaker are very friendly. It was very relaxing and comfortable for our family to bond here. We had an amazing time at Baguio HillHouse! The house is beautiful and full of charm, with expansive windows that frame an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. Ms Catherine was a great host—she made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was dinner at the roof deck; it was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the scenic Baguio nights. I hope we get the chance to stay here again on our next visit to Baguio. Overall, it was a memorable and cozy getaway that I’d gladly recommend.

A very cozy, spacious, comfy and aesthetic place complete with all the basics needs and more. The place was clean and neat. Strong WiFi, Centralized AC, complete amenities, consistent water supply, cooking equipment/utensils and bathroom essentials. The location is very accessible to L.U's hot spots. Situated along the highway/main road with access to convenience stores and the public market. Hassle free check in and out. The host was very accommodating and responsive even going far and beyond as to grant our extended check out request and also provided exceptional service offering to personally ship a very important item that we accidentally left at the place, even refusing compensation. NOTE: we owe you at least a cup of coffee and we will surely keep that in mind the next time we visit LU. LoL We only have

Our barkada's staycation was made extra special by the Woodland Transient House. The place was very welcoming, and we truly appreciated being provided with a guest room when we arrived early in the morning. It made it so much easier to start our itinerary since we didn’t have to carry our baggage around during our adjusted schedule. Also, the view from the mini veranda is the cherry on top. The host was also so sweet to give us a gift—happy holidays, indeed!

The place is great! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get in person. It’s very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage cabinets. Even the utensils are high quality, which shows they really put effort into making sure guests have a comfortable stay. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. The furniture is well-maintained, and the layout is spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. One small piece of feedback is that the pillows in the receiving area had a slight smell. But overall, the place is fantastic—well worth the stay! I will definitely be coming back

Great place to stay. The only problem we had was the unstable internet connection but nevertheless, our stay were absolutely awesome. Her mom was kind too, approachable, and really helpful.

The place is nice and clean. Super bait and helpful ni nanay at tatay. They even drove my family sa appointment nila dahil coding ang sasakyan namin on that day. Very accomodating family. Highly recommended this place, 10/10.☺️

The family had a good stay. The host is very attentive to our needs. I had an elderly mom who needed to take time on the stairs up and down to the property. It's manageable but a thing to consider if you're bringing grandparents. Overall, we had fun in Baguio.

Will definitely stay again on our return to Baguio. It fits the family well enough.

Christine was my actual host. She did an incredible job taking care of my needs. If you truly want a spot for 2 to 6 people, this is a great hidden jewel. You will have to get used to the busing system to San Fernando, Caba, San Juan etc... to see other local sites, but if you want to just hang in a comfortable spot for a couple of nights, this place is special.
