The price is very reasonable. The house has nice size bedrooms. The kitchen and living room were a very nice size. I would have liked another bathroom or half bath. But it worked out for us. The house was also closed to a family member's home. Make it very convenient to visit. We were pleased with everything.

Excellent place to stay to explore Wayne National Forest! Beautiful scenery and quiet. The house had absolutely everything you need for an extended stay. Gina was also an excellent host! We experienced some vehicle issues over the weekend and the only day that we could resolve them was on Monday (our last day there). She was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. I look forward to staying again!

Great spot on the river. Very nice and quiet spot, everything was spot on as advertised. Anna was always very responsive and did a great job to have the home so clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this spot and Anna!

The home was clean and comfortable, it truly felt like home away from home. The host was very responsive. It is close enough to restaurants and things to do, but far enough to have peace and quiet!

This was close to where I needed to go ( bowling tournament at towne and country lanes ). The place was very clean and everything as described on page. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well on all the nights I stayed there. The owners responded when I asked questions about the place. I really loved this place and would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area again. Many many thanks for a great stay at this manor manor!

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time we loved the house. The WiFi was great, it was my 10 year olds favorite part lol. Lots of nice natural lighting which I loved . The tvs were great I loved that there were tvs in the bedrooms . BJ was very responsive and very helpful ! If my husband is ever working near here again I will definitely book it again ! 10/10 great place to stay!!!

This is a cabin amoung RVers and it was a lot of fun to hop off highway and have a clean spot for us to crash and get going the next morning for a low price.

Strawberry Inn at Heritage Farm exceeded expectations! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, there was so much to see and do on the farm, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The kids had fun cooling off in the pool every evening. We would definitely return.

We have stayed here in the past and it has been clean, easy to check in and check out. We checked in on Christmas morning and they had everything ready for us and left us a gift package for Christmas. Very impressed with the thoughtfulness of the persons responsible for the gift basket. When we come back to town, we will definitely stay there once again.

Beth is a great host and the house is absolutely wonderful. getting to the trails right from the house was quick and easy.

We stayed here on our way from PA to McKee, KY to break up the trip. It was a perfect place to spend the evening & get a good nights sleep! The staff was very friendly! Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at the Cozy Inn was amazing! My wife and I wanted a quick weekend getaway as a couple. Beautiful room inside a converted barn. When we arrived, a nice little gift basket was awaiting us! Inside was cute, cozy, and clean! Fun things to do within a few minutes drive. Some landscaping was taking place. Pam let us know beforehand, so as not to bother us. Pam and Jay were super friendly hosts, very considerate, available, and ready to assist upon request! Will definitely be recommending the Cozy Inn to friends and family!!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb while visiting my son who attends Marshall University. I brought my daughter along with me, and we were both very pleased with our stay. The house was incredibly clean, and the beds were super comfortable. One of the sweetest touches was the selection of snacks and drinks the host provided. It was such a thoughtful gesture, especially after a long drive. The host also communicated very well. The only things I would note are more personal preferences than major issues. There isn’t a traditional dining room or kitchen table, which made sitting down for meals a bit tricky. The large sofa table works, but I’m just not someone who enjoys eating on the couch. Also, while I didn’t mind the on-street parking, I did notice that the steps leading up to the house needed repair. They were cracked and broken in places and could be a tripping hazard. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay, and I’d absolutely consider booking again.

James was very good with communication before and after our stay. The house was clean and comfortable with the beds being luxurious.

Very responsive host, super comfy beds, happy dogs here! This is a renovated older home (must be able to do stairs!) near hospital & health care offices about a half a block away from other houses. A very easy drive to anywhere in Huntington. 5 minutes from a lovely dg park. New ventless gas wall type heaters for Winter put out great heat but we decided to turn them off overnight. Plenty warm with 2 comforters on the bed.

It's in a busy downtown area, but traveling around was easy, even during high traffic times. Just stay out of the lanes to the bridges across the Ohio River during those two times of day. City traffic noises, a few early garbage trucks, nothing out of the normal. Super comfortable bed! Very nice kitchen for a studio, and a nice, big closet to store your gear. Washer and dryers in building was handy to have and they worked well.
