Really wonderful stay at Mark and Tamara’s, kindly offering an airport pick up Mark made us feel right at home and the place was perfect! Really beautiful space, stunning flowers on entrance and the room, bathroom and amenities were 10/10. Mark recommended the most amazing restaurants, our scuba diving and everything was top notch. Really lovely hosts and great stay, couldn’t recommend more! We will be back!

We had a wondefurl time, we felt at home from the moment we arrived, the desceiption said it was a shared pool but we didn't even really had go share it, the whole house had great acommodations, also we had a good rest thanks to the good mattreses they had fof both beds. They even had a huge Bluetooth speaker by the pool bar, it made our stay even better. We got go meet Niekia and his husband and they were great to us, we couldn't have asked for a better host.

This is a great budget air BnB! We were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and needed a place to stay for a stopover for 12 hours (the owner kindly left extra bedding for the sofa). It had everything we needed. We walked to the beach for a swim for an hour, then had a great dinner at the restaurant across the road. 10 mins drive from the air port. Thank you Malcolm and Emma!

Cynthia’s Airbnb was exceptionally spacious and well worth the affordable price. Cynthia was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I loved my stay!

Anthony was a great host, very responsive and easy to reach if we had questions. The place was beautiful and clean. The check in and out process was quick and easy and the pace was situated in a prime spot a walk away from Arawak cay, restaurants, and stores. I would definitely recommend a stay at Anthony’s if you’re ever in Nassau.

Fantastic Location for anyone visiting Nassau esp. for Junkanoo. Incredible walkable to Embassy, Taxis, Food, Straw Market, Museums anything you can think of. Yet the apartment was tucked away on a quiet street. Peter was friendly, responsive, and had a comprehensive guide. When I had a personal matter that needed his attention, he was flexible and easy to work with. Further plus that's rare in Airbnbs NO INSANE CHECK OUT RULES. Truly a stress free stay; would book again.

inspire 5 is as amazing as you can imagine from the photos. the host was quite proactive and communication was top tier. Everything in and around the unit was up to or exceeding standard and expectations . The surrounding environment was pristine, warm and welcoming while not sacrificing the luxury feel. this stay was my 2nd here in 6 months. I'll definitely be returning to here for future stays and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone considering this spot.

Judith’s home was a peaceful getaway. It’s close to many restaurants and excursions.

We had an amazing stay at Penny’s place in Nassau! She was a truly wonderful host—welcoming us in person and giving a full tour of the house. The home was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything from a well-equipped kitchen to beach gear like canoes, paddle boards, sand toys, and towels. The location is peaceful yet close to everything—stores, restaurants, and attractions like Baha Mar. The house manual was super helpful with local tips and cab numbers. It was a worry-free, relaxing experience from start to finish. We highly recommend Penny’s place and can’t wait to return!

The house was great with amazing water views and access. It is an older home but is clean and overall, taken care of. Homes on the water can take a beating from the weather/conditions. Ocean views, water access, water side pool, 5 bedrooms and all the water toys (snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle board) for this price is a great value. We had a party of 8 and the house was more than large enough. The outdoor area was great, with several different areas to hang out. The bulkhead was in great condition and was an amazing place to take in the sunrise/sunsets (in April). Fany and Lou were great and the communication was exceptional. They were kind, informative and helpful. They were forth coming when things weren't working (the hot tub stopped working after our booking) and they reached out immediately to inform us if there were any changes to the property. As others have mentioned, this isn't a brand new, renovated property, but the value is great. Thank you!

Where can we start…. What an incredible host and experience! We have been to Bahamas before but this time, this experience was amazing! We wanted to experience more of the local spots and that’s exactly what Arlington delivered! The house was incredible, the pictures matched exactly what the app showed and again, the service was simply amazing. Must must must must stay here! Cannot wait to come back :)

Ramesh a été d’une aide fantastique quand nous avons appris que le van que nous avions réservé à l’aéroport n’était pas disponible, probablement à cause surbooking. Nous en avons informé Ramesh qui a mis tout en œuvre pour nous trouver des voitures disponibles dès le lendemain. Il a sauvé nos déplacements et nous avons pu apprécier cette belle île. Ramesh a toujours été d ‘une écoute et aide prodigieuse. Il est toujours très disponible et répond très vite. Nous remercions aussi son cousin Omar qui a bien aidé . La maison de Ramesh est très bien située dans un endroit calme , avec un Quality market a 10 min à pied. Et l’accès à Cable beach est tres facile, 15 min à pied. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement de cet hôte extraordinaire.

Spencer was a great host. The place was amazing! So spacious, clean, lots of lights, cozy deck and pool! Fully equipped kitchen, host provided coffee, tea, and all sort of spices to cook! House was 10 walk from Montegu Beach, 20 min walk from grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. Taxis were pricey, we needed to walk a bit to get local transportation but we didn’t mind. The area is beautiful and we felt safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and had a fantastic time with my friends. We would definitely come back!

This condo exceeded my expectations!! Very clean, modern, and beautiful! It felt like home and GiGi was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this property and I will be returning whenever I'm in the Bahamas!!❤️

We had an amazing stay at this condo! Elvira, the owner, was incredibly kind, greeting us on arrival and checking in on us throughout our stay. The condo is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and beautifully decorated with Bahamian art. The spacious main bedroom features a walk-in closet and a master bathroom. The two additional bedrooms share another bathroom. The pool is just steps away, and there are plenty of bath and beach towels provided. The in-unit washer and dryer were super convenient. A grocery store is just 3 minutes away by car. We also loved The Pink Octopus restaurant with its delicious food and stunning beach view. While the condo is a bit away from Nassau's main attractions, we preferred the peaceful location. Just note that the drive may take longer than the GPS suggests due to traffic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay with a fantastic host!

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! We travelled with three small kiddos and they enjoyed the trip just as much as we did. The pool was just footsteps outside the home (and we had it to ourselves 99% of the time) and there is a pristine beach just a 5 minute walk down the road where we spied stingrays, starfish, turtles, and lots of fish. Silvana’s home had everything we needed, and we had a great stay.

This place was exactly as described! It was perfect for us - 2 adults and 2 children. Very spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Lounge and dining area we large with a great well equipped kitchen! Clean with everything we could possibly need. Very quiet. Beautiful pools and easily accessible to walk to shops, beach and surrounds. Great hosts! Quick to respond to any questions. Would stay again “in a heartbeat”!!

If I were to tell you that I looked at EVERY AirBnB on New Providence… you may think I was exaggerating… I would not be… We took so much time and consideration choosing what would be the best match for our needs, and this was perfection. The condo was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Heather and her team went above and beyond to ensure that our accommodation and stay on the island went smoothly. We loved the location. Downtown is a short drive that typically took about 15 minutes, a short walk to the public access of Cable Beach, and you can be to Jaws Beach in about 20 minutes. The unit is right next to the pool, making peaceful mornings and evenings. We also took advantage of the outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off at the end of a beach day to ensure we brought in as little sand as possible. The one draw back, if you are a sucker for a sunrise/sunset, then Cable Beach area in general may not be for you. Being in the middle of the north facing island, it was hard to catch either.
