It was clean, spacious and somewhat private. It was too cold and wet for us to access the playset, grill and fire pit but it is a great asset. I wish it wasn't listed as VRBO, too high with all the fees and taxes. Would definitely stay again if it wasn't so high. Had to find something last minute. TVs in every room and easy to work, would still like local channels. Decorated very cute and stocked well.

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples, enjoyed our stay at Julie and Rory’s place. Everything went smoothly and we felt right at home. Any help or questions we had, they were happy to assist and went beyond our expectations. You will love this place and the atmosphere is exactly what we wanted in a weekend get away. We will 100% be returning! Thanks Julie and Rory for a 5 star experience!!!

Shawn is a great host, very responsive and helpful. Great house in a super quiet HSV neighborhood. Great place. We hope to return next year.

This was a last minute rental and Anna was quick to respond and made the whole process simple and fast. Loved the are, very private and close to everything. Definitely would rent again if back in the area!

This home was absolutely perfect for our group. A beautiful home in a great area. It was perfect for our golf outing. The communication with the hosts was quick and they had everything we needed. Can't wait to stay here again!

If you have an upcoming trip to Hot Springs Village to take advantage of the amazing golf courses and beautiful surroundings, look no further than this home! We had a group of eight guys in town for three days to play four rounds of golf and this house was perfect! The patio set up was awesome with the view of one of the best looking golf courses in the Village! Three out of the eight guests have played HSV before, and we all agreed that this home was by far our favorite. I hope this Home is available on our next time in town for golf!

I would definitely book again. Most of the time we did not hear the traffic on the street. The yard is beautiful, the house was super clean and so comfortable. It felt like home away from home. Instructions were clear and easy to understand.

It was the ideal setting for relaxation and rejuvenation, yet conveniently close to all the local attractions we wanted to explore. We absolutely loved our stay! What a beautiful, lovely getaway! It was exactly as described. We loved the game room, the pond, the hangout area underneath and literally everything! The hosts were also very thoughtful by having some things that might be forgotten like disposable toothbrushes and phone chargers! We will definitely be staying again!!
