Mike was a great host and this condo was perfect for our family of four (including two kids). Everything we needed was available right in the condo to make our week visiting the beaches and pool a breeze! Mike had so many great recommendations, including restaurants and excursions and he responded quickly to any questions we had. We will absolutely book again with Mike whenever we return to St. Thomas!

We got very lucky; finding Rosie and the condo in an awesome community. A great view from the condo and a short walk to the beach, pool, tennis courts, and 2 great restaurants. Good snorkeling in your back yard. They also have rentals for kayaks and other water sports. The condo was very clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Rosie's recommendations on Captain Charters, Driver, and where to hang out were first class. A must do is to rent a boat w Captain to go snorkeling and view the islands from the water. We were there the weekend of the College Football and NFL playoffs. We figured out how to stream the games on our laptop. We wanted to watch on the TV; but needed a HDMI cable to do so. Rosie had one delivered within 45 minutes of the request. Awesome! 5 - 10 minutes from Redhook stores and restaurants and other marinas. You can walk to the Ritz across the street and get a day pass for a change of scenery. A great spot and great host! Thank you!

My family and I loved our stay at Island View Retreat - Oceanside. The highlight is the view, which is wonderful to wake up to and come home to everyday. My kids also took advantage of the pool which is very close to here. The amenities were very nice and updated. For those that stay and have a car, be sure to have 4wheel drive. You’ll want that for the parking but also just for driving around. Roads in VI are often steep. We found the North side of the island to offer a good balance. Peaceful there but still close to other areas. Typically about 15 minutes or so. The communication was also great. Very responsive and proactive.

We would absolutely book this unit again. It looked exactly like the photos and was perfect for our family. The 3-bedroom, 4-bath layout was spacious and comfortable, with one of the bedrooms set up as a separate studio suite, offering extra privacy and connected by a private patio. The unit was very clean and came with so many thoughtful extras including a cooler, beach floats, sand toys, and more, which made beach days super easy. Having private laundry in the unit was a huge bonus, especially compared to Margaritaville where the laundry is shared. We really enjoyed being close to Coki Beach, and found Pineapple Village to be more convenient than Margaritaville since we could park right near the unit without needing golf carts to get around. The home also has a generator, which kept everything running smoothly when the power went out briefly. The host was great, responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and one we’d gladly return to.

Her unit is great, super cute, shows like the photos— but the resort is showing age and the main restaurant not the greatest Love the coffee shop and the bar in the next resort Thank you and had a a great thing in the islands Vanessa

We really enjoyed staying at Bert’s place. While we had some issues with the island’s power, Bert did everything to make sure we were informed and well taken care of.

We loved every second of our stay! The accommodations were perfect and the view of the ocean was incredible. The resort was beautiful and very well kept. It was so fun to have all of the wildlife around us - there were countless iguanas! We really enjoyed the restaurant and market. We even scheduled an Oceanside massage (which we highly recommend)!

We absolutely loved staying here! We just wanted a nice relaxing place on the beach. This location was awesome! The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. The unit was updated, super clean & spacious. Also very close to many places to eat that had great food. We even booked an excursion that left from the Sapphire Marina just a 10min walk away. Amazing experience! (Breakaway) Host were always very responsive to our questions no matter what time we sent message. Would we stay here again? Absolutely YES! Note: There is no laundry in the unit but there is one on the property.

We had an amazing stay at Nancy’s property, which was perfect for our family. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to both the beach and the pool, making it incredibly convenient for everyone. The on-site restaurant was a great perk, so we didn't have to worry about cooking every day. The unit itself was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Having a full kitchen allowed us to prepare meals easily, and the three full bathrooms made getting ready a breeze, even with a large group. One of the best surprises was that beach towels were provided, so we didn’t have to pack our own. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations and made for a truly memorable family vacation. We can't wait to come back!
