Cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. It's super close to the Logan Temple and everything we needed.

I only had to call Trevor about one thing during the month that we stayed there. the garage door would not shut and I couldn't figure out why. I called Trevor, he answered immediately, and helped me resolve the issue immediately. I woul d highly recommend his place to anyone coming to town. Went the first week of April and it was beautiful. The house is stunning when you walk in and see the views from the living room and dinning room. Even more amazing when going out on the deck. The house is very spacious and comfortable for everyone. It was cooler in the basement but there are some space heaters that warmed the rooms up nicely. The hot tub was clean, easy to use and very relaxing with so many different jets and options. Unfortunately there was still snow on the pickleball court but there was still plenty to do inside with basketball shooting game, ping pong, puzzles, games, and just relaxing and watching movies. We definitely would come back.

Loved this house! It was so great for our group, had everything we needed and the rooms were huge. Great location and the private beach access was so nice! Thanks again, we will be back again!

The home was spacious. Lots of room for our kids and grandkids. We were here for my youngest son’s wedding in Layton and wedding luncheon and reception in Tremonton. Very convenient. Great location.

Not being familiar with the area at all, we had no idea what to expect. Everything around us felt new, and the house is close to it all. Shops/restaurants and coffee are a few minutes away. And downtown Logan is less than 5 minutes drive. The house is the upper level of a house, on the ground floor from the road, that feels like a very nice condo. Three large bedrooms and a nicely appointed common area with large tv and kitchen. The patio also has a nice view of the surrounding mountains. It’s a very peaceful new neighborhood with younger families and little traffic. Marilee did a terrific job making this feel like home. Logan is totally underrated! It’s clean, with gorgeous views, tons of outdoor activities, lots of restaurant options and shopping. Combine with a welcoming house, I was surprised how much I loved the stay. The biggest compliment I can say is that we would definitely stay there again.

The space was very clean, and there was lots of space for everyone we brought to this trip. David was great at responding quickly and efficiently with us!

This place was super cute and fun! Cindy was amazing about sending clear directions and instructions. The hot tub was really nice, it was clean too. We loved our stay! The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. It didn’t really affect our stay, but just good information to pass on!
