There are plenty of parking spaces out side the complex and it is very secure. You will also have access to a private parking space in the garage with a elevator that takes you right outside the apartment. The parking garage has a snug fit so if you have a large car and dont feel comfortable driving in a small garage I would recommend using the free out door spaces. You have access to all 3 communal pools and areas, and also the direct access to the beach where the complex has its own private sun beds that you can use Walk just 800m to reach Laguna Village and its restaurants and clubs or dine at the Tapas bar located just outside the complex. Take a longer walk to Estepona Town with all its reasturants and shops or stroll along the long beach promenade and make a pit stop at one of the chiringuitos (beach bar/reasturants) at the water's edge. A car is not needed since you can walk to restaurants and food stores. If you want to take longer trips and visit Ronda and Gibraltar a car is recommended but there is a bust station just 10 minutes away. Smoking is not allowed in the flat itself but you can smoke on the balcony. Perfectly located right on the beach with easy access to Estepona, walking distance to restaurants and pool clubs at Laguna Village. The privately heated pool and patio heater makes this a perfect place year round. You can easily walk into Estepona town and enjoy a vast variety of restaurants and bars. Or why not take a short taxi ride to Puerto Banus and its famous marina. You have easy access to the many golf courses that are spread out along the coast.

El piso está muy cerca de museos, restaurantes, tiendas de ropa y de artesanía. La vivienda tiene una maravillosa terraza -azotea donde se puede tender la ropa y disfrutar de las preciosas vistas de la catedral y del océano. Se accede por un patio clásico andaluz donde está el ascensor . Yo siempre estoy disponible para cualquier duda o necesidad de mis huéspedes, en mi teléfono o por correo electrónico. También pueden contactar en cualquier momento con Alejandra, la encargada de la limpieza que además de tener siempre el piso impecable, es de toda confianza. Rodeado de un ambiente bohemio, el apartamento es un punto de partida ideal para conocer de cerca los barrios más tradicionales del centro histórico de Cádiz. Sin olvidar que a la vuelta de la esquina nos topamos con el océano Atlántico. Desde nuestro apartamento, se puede acceder andando a todos sitios: La estación de tren está a 10 minutos. La playa de Santa María a 15 minutos. El mercado central a 3 minutos. Decenas de restaurantes y museos en un radio de 5 a 30 minutos. El coche no es necesario en absoluto pero hay un parking justo al lado que ofrece precios económicos después de tres días.
