10/10 experience. Maganda yung place. May parking space. May magandang view ng Mayon sa rooftop. few kilomwters lang yung mga tourist spots.

The best thing was the location is near regional offices and responsive host. Also, the room was clean. Will book again soon.

host and his mother were very kind. i came very late and yet they waited for me. early morning, i noticed they wrap my motorbike with a cover to save from dust or bird’s poop.

Our family had an incredible stay at this stunning property! The view of Mayon volcano was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The host was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests, making our stay hassle-free. The entire house was spotlessly clean, and the pool was crystal clear and well-maintained. Everything in the listing matched the description perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The amenities, cleanliness, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. This is our 2nd day and 2nd room in Bea's place since we preferred to have a kitchen. Bea was kind enough to allow us to leave our stuff from our other room and they were the one who transferred it to this room. This place is so INSTA-GRAMMABLE!!! I felt inlove right when we saw the room!!! Cutleries, amenities provided! However, since we paid for 5pax hopefully the utensiles will also be 5pax the spoon was I think only 3 so we had to wash again before our friend can eat but the plates, bowls everything provided!!! We are so grateful we found your place Bea!! Thank you so muchhhhh!!!! ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of Mayon from the rooftop. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. During our stay, there was a power interruption, but the generator kicked in right away. everything stayed running smoothly, including the lights, refrigerator, fan, and Wi-Fi, which we truly appreciated. The caretaker was friendly, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. Sam was also very responsive and made the entire booking process easy and worry-free. It’s a well-managed place with excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Legazpi!

The view of Mayon at their roofdeck was amazing! Host was very helpful aswell. She was always ready to help out with city dwellers who had no idea of the province. Overall a very comfortable and worth it stay.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and very accessible to nearby establishments like restaurants, shops, and public transport. It made getting around super convenient. The host was very responsive throughout our stay—always quick to reply and helpful with any questions we had. Bonus points for being friendly and good looking too! 😊 Overall, highly recommended!
