Unser Aufenthalt bei Miguel war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist top, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Miguel war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an der Promenade ein Traum. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Kommunikation über den gesamten Buchungszeitraum bis zum Urlaubsende war proaktiv und freundlich. Die Unteriwar sehr geräumig und liebevoll und landestypisch eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im 5 ten Stock einer Mehr-Mietparteien Appartement Anlage und besitzt einen Personenaufzug. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und im rückwärtigen Bereich befindet sich sogar ein Pool, den wir allerdings Jahreszeitbedingt im April nicht genutzt haben. Die zwei in entgegen gesetzter Richtung vorhandenen Balkone, bieten Blick auf den Ort und die Hafenbucht von Portocolom der andere einen Ausblick auf die Klippen vor dem Badestrand Cala Marcal. Der Gastgeber war stets erreichbar bei Rückfragen über die Airbnb-App und Handy. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Maria’s home was perfect. She allowed us early check-in due to an early flight. Clean home, the most beautiful view of the blue ocean. Home was perfect for 4 of us. Secure parking. Would highly recommend! Maria responsive to all requests. A must stay in Mallorca. Thankyou Maria!

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Antonias Unterkunft liegt in Alcudia sehr zentral, dennoch in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Alles was man braucht ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, insbesondere die 2 Balkone (immer Sonne) haben wir sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonia war angenehm und unkompliziert.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in Charlys Appartement. Es hat uns wie beim ersten Mal sehr gut gefallen. Das Appartement ist gut geschnitten und auf der neuen Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer kann man auch sehr gut schlafen. Am Nachmittag und Abend scheint die Sonne auf den Balkon, von dem aus man auf die Berge schaut:-) Der kleine Supermarkt in der Straße ist toll und hat ein gutes Angebot zu guten Preisen. Wir haben ohne Probleme immer wieder einen Parkplatz in den angrenzenden Seitenstraßen gefunden. Die Kommunikation mit Charly ist sehr gut und er antwortet schnell. Vielen Dank!

Le logement est idéalement placé pour visiter le nord est de l’île. La plage est accessible au pied de l’immeuble, la vue de la terrasse est remarquable. Et l’hôte est particulièrement accueillante.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

Ett jättefint hus med fantastisk omgivning samt pool och jättenära till strand, restauranger, supermarkets mm. Vi bodde 4 vuxna och 4 barn och huset var optimalt för sällskapet. Juan som värd var vänlig, hjälpsam och alltid snabb med kommunikation.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay in Portocolom.

An amazing find!!! Super close the Palma and a beautiful strip with lovely restaurants and beaches

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und meine zweijährige Tochter konnte viel alleine draußen ums Haus herum spielen und Dreirad und Laufrad fahren (ist beides vorhanden, genauso wie Sandspielzeug, Kuscheltiere, Kleinkindbücher). Der wunderschöne Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und gut geeignet für Kleinkinder. Es gibt auch kleine Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés, wir haben aber immer in der gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht und auf der Terrasse gegessen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts und die Fenster lassen sich gut abdunkeln. Carmen und ihr Mann sind hervorragende Gastgeber und waren immer erreichbar für Fragen und Anliegen. Wir würden gerne irgendwann wieder kommen!

We had a lovely time here. It’s the perfect base for exploring the north of the island. The terrace and privacy of the bay are unforgettable. There’s everything you need in the house. For children there’s a playground nearby. There’s a lot of stairs at different angles which wasn’t a problem for us but could be to those less able bodied or clumsy so just something to be mindful of. The host was fantastic, thanks so much!

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, sehr einfach eingerichtet. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat nur 180 cm Einzelbetten. Wenn man zu zweit beide Schlafzimmer benutzen will, muss das bei der Buchung mitgeteilt werden. Im Spätherbst/Winter riecht man die Feuchtigkeit in den Schlafzimmern. Aber der Platz der Terrasse und der Ausblick macht alles wett. Das ist das Highlight vor allem im Spätherbst, da kaum Menschen am Strand.

L appartement de David est très bien situé et très spacieux. L appartement dispose des équipements nécessaires et même plus ! Je recommande vivement se logement.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Nähe zu Ort und Strand ist bestechend, aber auch die Wohnung selbst hat uns gut gefallen. Die Bilder geben einen sehr passenden Eindruck! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit zu erreichen und auch der Check-In lief ganz unkompliziert übers Handy. Einen Punkt Abzug für teils schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank und löchrige Bettwäsche - kein Drama, aber das muss beides nicht sein. Kurz vor Ostern waren einige Baustellen in direkter Nähe, aber das kommt vor.

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Luis. Le logement est propre, conforme à la description et très pratique. Il y a une belle vue sur la montagne depuis le balcon. De plus, la location de l’appartement était parfaite, la plage et les commerces sont à proximité. La résidence est également très calme, avec une belle piscine :) Nous recommandons de passer un séjour chez Luis, si vous êtes de passage à Alcúdia !

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

Xisco ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer kurzfristig erreichbar und hilft wo er kann. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, und alles war sehr sauber. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht (genügend Handtücher, mehrere Rollen Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschpulver, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett etc.). Da über die Satellitenanlage kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm zu empfangen war, hat Xisco auf unsere Anfrage hin extra ein Chromecast-Gerät für die Wohnung neu gekauft. Hiermit konnten wir dann deutsches Programm streamen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und ist nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Zum Supermarkt sind es fußläufig auch nur 5-10 Minuten. Der Balkon ist größer als es das Foto vermuten lässt liegt aber tagsüber nur um Schatten. Im heißen Sommer dürfte dies aber von Vorteil sein.... Vielen Dank Xisco
