The studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all your needs, bathroom, queen bed and a sofa bed where easily sleep 2 adults and 2 kids. Air conditioning, air purifier & electricity generator. It’s a great value. No smoking, no pets & has parking spot.

We have a generator for when the electricity fails and and a water tank if it fails as well

Si buscas una casa moderna, este no es el lugar. Casa humilde espaciosa con todas las facilidades, utensilios, lavadora y más. La casa tiene aires acondicionado solamente en los cuartos. Limpia, cómoda a dos minutos caminando a la playa. Una terraza gigante con una vista al mar. No ofrezco lujos, un lugar tranquilo que puede pasar en familia.
