Abbiamo soggiornato con una famiglia di 5 persone, in appartamento trilocale, come da descrizione, vista splendida, dal balcone, sul mare della costa degli dei, la posizione è sicuramente la caratteristica di punta di questo appartamento, che si trova all'interno di un piccolo residence ben curato; a pochi metri di distanza la scaletta per raggiungere la spiaggia di Michelino.

Penso che questa struttura, insieme alla sua Host, meritino un premio per tutto. Dalla pulizia impeccabile,alla gentilezza della proprietaria, alla piscina, e la struttura in generale. Forse non ci siamo mai trovati bene da nessuna parte,come in questo posto. Relax, pace, natura ed armonia, la fanno da padrona. Complimenti.

È stato tutto bellissimo a partire dalla gentilezza e simpatia di Elisa. La location è veramente splendida e il mare lascia senza parole.Credo che torneremo presto.

La casa è molto accogliente e a chi piace la tranquillità è l’ideale, è stato possibile fare un escursione sul Sila, che consiglio. Ringrazio vivamente Arcangelo e la sua famiglia per la bellissima accoglienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans l’appartement et la résidence. La piscine, grande et belle, était à deux pas de notre logement. La résidence est magnifiquement bien entretenue par Carmelo et Maria, sa femme. Les deux deux sont très sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin. Bert et sa femme ont été d’excellents conseils pour les plages, parkings et restaurants à proximité du logement. Ils ont également été très réactifs lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sehr gepflegt – perfekt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und wirklich schön, auch wenn außerhalb der Saison leider etwas Müll angespült wurde. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und der flexible Check-out (inkl. Late Check-out) war ein großes Plus. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ideal, um Kalabrien zu erkunden – zudem ist man in kürzester Zeit am Flughafen Lamezia. Absolute Empfehlung!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, etwas oberhalb des Meeres. Man kann auf der überdachten Terrasse den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Es ist ruhig, man hört das Meeresrauschen und das freundliche Rascheln von Vögeln und hübschen Salamandern. Die Natur rundherum ist schön, im gepflegten Garten kann man sich gut aufhalten, es gibt Kräuter und einen Zitronenbaum. Ganz nahe kann man auf einem kleinen Weg oberhalb des Meeres an der steilen Küste durch die wohlduftende Natur spazieren. Im Garten konnten wir eine Tischtennisplatte benutzen, sehr zur Freude unseres Sohnes. Ein Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes war der freundliche Empfang von Raffaele, auf italienisch, mit Händen und Füßen, mit echter Herzlichkeit. Bei Problemen war er sofort hilfreich zur Stelle und dennoch auf freundliche Diskretion bedacht. Für vier Personen war großzügig Platz und alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir durften alles nutzen was vorrätig war, das war wirklich sehr nett! Der Aufenthalt war richtig toll!!!

Kleine, makellose Unterkunft, sauber, modern und mit allem was man braucht. Toller Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Blick auf das Meer und eine alte Kirche. Sehr ruhig, und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Meer und in der Innenstadt. Flavio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Dejligt hus i olivenlund. Smuk udsigt. Veludstyret køkken. Gioditta var en god vært, svarede hurtigt og hentede os da vi var kørt forkert. Følg instruksen med vejen. Man kan ikke bruge Google Maps, hvis man kommer fra syd. Dejlig gåtur til landsby. Vi fik lov at se på olivenhøsten. Jeg vil anbefale stedet, hvis man har brug for ro og fred.

Le Fratte is a wonderful site with lots of plants and this house a gem! Bigger, more beautiful and cozy than on the pictures we spend here some wonderful days and didn't mind some of them to be rainy at all, as one could still sit on the huge covered terrace and enjoy the view. The beaches right in front of the site are beautiful, but require at least some basic fitness to get down to and up from. There's a big beach next to the porto touristico not far away that should be easily accessible for everyone though. The Ristorante in the village, Le Pagoda, was still opened in late October, which we almost didn't expect, so in case you don't want to use the kitchen (which has all the basics and much more so you're ready to cook) once in a while, there's a surprisingly good option to eat out (try the swordfish carpaccio) just a 5 minute walk away. 10/10 would definitely go back again.

Cesare was the perfect host. Very helpful and friendly. If you stay more than a few days you just might become best buddies with him. It was a great stay and we will return one day.

Giuseppe's place is a great place to stay while visiting Tropea. Really updated, clean, great back porch, easy walk to downtown and to the beaches across Tropea. We easily cooked a full meal there one night. Best of all, Giuseppe is a GREAT host. He is very responsive, met us when we arrived, showed us everything about the place and even took us for a tour of Tropea and the great beaches to visit. Couldn't ask for anything more from a great host! He made our visit special and if we come back to Tropea we will be staying at his property. A great trip! Thanks Giuseppe! A five-star rating for sure!!

Dal residence sono raggiungibili diverse spiagge, sia a piedi che in auto. Vittoria è stata bravissima a indicarci i punti di interesse,disponibile e gentile in qualunque momento. L’appartamento datoci era essenziale e funzionale al soggiorno. Una pecca l insonorizzazione dei muri ,anche se la vista e la vegetazione attorno valgono comunque la pena del soggiorno. Consigliato 👍🏻

Wir waren sehr happy! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool, Lounge, Pinpong-Tisch und Outdoorgym ist ein mehr als toll! Die Aussicht ein Traum! Gemäss Beschreibung gingen wir davon aus, dass wir die gesamte Unterkunft zur Verfügung hatten (4 Zimmer mit 4 Bäder) was zuerst nicht der Fall war. Als wir Giuseppe darauf angesprochen haben hat er aber direkt reagiert und uns sofort wie gewüscht 4 separate Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, es war kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch viel schöner. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir fühlten uns wohl. Nur 5min. Fussweg entfernt ist ein feines Restaurant. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Danke Giuseppe für diese schöne Woche und deine Gastfreundschaft!

Ons verblijf bij Anneli was zeer goed verlopen. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De terrasruimte, zicht op zee en zeker de buitendouche mogen we niet vergeten. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de buurman Alan. De woning is op wandelafstand van de prachtige zee en bij mooi weer zie je Stromboli iets verderop in de zee liggen. We zijn er buiten het seizoen geweest. Zoals Anneli ons al had gewaarschuwd, was er zeer weinig open en was er bijna niemand te bespeuren in de dichte omgeving. Dit kan fijn zijn, maar misschien niet als je liever in de drukte zit. Met de auto konden we ons snel verplaatsen naar andere dorpjes + we hadden het strand voor ons alleen. Wij hadden er dus geen last van ;) Misschien 1 open strandbar was fijn geweest :) Wij sliepen er met 5 vriendinnen, wat perfect was voor de grote van het huis. Zeker aan te raden verblijfplaats!!!!

Francesco è un host fantastico. Presente e premuroso. La villa semplicemente un incanto. Pulizia, posizione, arredamento... tutto eccezionale! Il panorama poi è l'elemento distintivo con vista meravigliosa sui calanchi e lo jonio che mattina e sera ti aspetta solo per essere ammirato nel silenzio e nella pace che questo posto sa trasmettere fino in fondo. La piscina bellissima, panoramica immersa in un giardino curato in ogni particolare è un plus comodo per chi ha bambini anche se il mare calabrese è di per sé una piscina naturale ed è impossibile resistere alle sue spiagge selvagge bagnate da un mare impareggiabile. Grazie Francesco. Sarà un piacere essere nuovamente tuoi ospiti.

Soggiorno fantastico. Io e la mia comitiva di amici abbiamo adorato l’alloggio proposto da Mike e Nerissa. La casetta ha tutti i comfort necessari per soggiorni a breve e lungo termine. I punti forti della struttura sono sicuramente la vista mare, il giardino esterno per pasti all’aperto e la vicinanza alla spiaggia libera. Stra-consigliato!!!

Siamo stati ospiti del Sig. Francesco alla Formaggera per una settimana. La Formaggera é situata in un luogo unico per il paesaggio che la circonda e un po' incantato per l'atmosfera satura di storia che vi si respira. La casa é semplice, ma deliziosamente arredata; la cucina é ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario ed é possibile pranzare e cenare all'esterno, al fresco. Lontani dal caos, ci si riposa all'ombra dei pini, circondati da fichi d'india e dalla natura Calabra. La bellissima piscina e il suo patio coperto, molto apprezzato nelle calde giornate, sono certamente un punto di forza. Il mare é vicino e nel centro abitato più prossimo ci sono supermercati e molti altri negozi tra cui segnalo l'ottimo caseificio Lagani e la vicina pasticceria. Il borgo di Badolato, a qualche km, é da visitare.

Serena’s place is really magnificent and special. The welcoming was great, Serena even helped us take our luggage uphill in her car. The medieval village lies in a beautiful, peaceful unadulterated nature and the apartment is a testimony of the couple’s art and travels, very charming. It perfectly equipped and has a beautiful terrace with a view. We would recommend to all nature lovers and those who are fond of creative places.

Luciano was a wonderful, attentive and kind host. The home was beautiful, clean, private and had everything we needed for a family holiday. He prepared the pool for us, and even got the BBQ ready to use. We really enjoyed lounging by the pool, cooking family meals, and of course watching the sunsets over the sea from the balcony upstairs. Thank you for letting us stay!

Highly recommended for people who expect privacy. It’s a modest but Clean and comfortable apartment. All things in descrption were found inside although it takes a bit time to guess for example how to turn on THE washing machine ,THE oven or warm Water. Instructions from Valentina are however clean. You can chill outside with beautiful view of perfectly maintained garden and sea view . THE biggest plus is also Access to beautiful pool, water is clean and its pretty big, circa 18 metres of length. Valentina is very caring person and despite not being present in Calabria , she gives all details about check in, house rules , places to visit, where to eat or buy local cheese. That was very helpful for us and I’m sure without her tips we would be unaware of many things around.
