Perfect stay thank you! Wow you really can't get a more central location, everything is minutes walk away. The place was spotless and the beds so so comfortable!!!! Much needed after a few busy days walking around Tuscany! Would highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!!

Arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli con una forte attenzione all'arte e al gusto. Tutti i suppellettili erano impeccabili ed azzeccati (malgrado la quantità di oggetti non c'era un filo di polvere!). Comodissimo il parcheggio interno e assoluta disponibilità da parte dell'host nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

Alloggio molto confortevole e veramente a due passi dal mare! L’host è stato molto disponibile e responsive, fornendo anche l’occorrente per una bimba di un anno (seggiolone, lettino con lenzuola e anche un piccolo accappatoio!). Consigliato!

Excellent appartement, reçus par une hôte très agréable et parlant français. Tout était parfait, l’état de l’appartement, la propreté, l’équipement et le prix ! Bien situé au cœur de la Toscane. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Ottima soluzione fuori dalla ZTL, ideale per parcheggio in auto ed il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in poco tempo a piedi. Siamo stati con 2 bambini molti piccoli e la soluzione ha risposto in pieno alle nostre esigenze. Lorenzo è stato molto reattivo e disponibile, soluzione decisamente consigliata per famiglie!

A very comfortable flat, quiet, clean, short walk from train station. Close to everything. Host met me at check in and was available and very friendly. Bathroom was nice and remodeled. Highly recommend.

Elena was an amazing host. She was lovely and helpful. We had a lovely time at Elena’s place in the middle of the mountains. Felt like a fairy tale. Perfect location and good travel distance to Bologna and Florence. We would love to come back! ☺️

L'appartamento si trova in piazza, la zona è molto comoda per girare a piedi il centro di Livorno ed è praticamente tutto a due passi. All'arrivo abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'ascenzore ma Elio è stato subito reattivo per aiutarci a risolvere in breve tempo. La comunicazione è sempre stata rapida ed efficace. Consigliatissimo!

Carolina is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions. She and her mother met us when we arrived and they are very warm and gracious. We also received many recommendations for what to see and places to eat. The house is extremely clean and the large kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook your own meals. The living room furniture is all very comfortable as well as the beds and pillows were amazing. The washing machine on the lower level was perfect for us since we stayed for a month. When you go out your front door, you are in this fairytale village and when you sit on the back terrace you are overlooking the hills of Tuscany. Perfect for eating outside or relaxing with a glass of wine. There are many restaurants in the main square, a gelateria, and a small market that has fresh bread in the mornings and basics if you need them. We would not hesitate to return again!!

Patrizia war super hilfsbereit und freundlich . Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich. Man erreicht alle großen Städte (Pisa, Florenz, Lucca) innerhalb von 1 -1.5 Stunden

Je voelt je meteen thuis in het sfeervolle huisje middenin een tuin met rozen, rozemarijn, fruit- en olijfbomen. De klokkentoren zorgt al eeuwen voor een karakteristiek uitzicht. Giovanna en Antonio zijn zeer hartelijk en geven fijne tips over de fantastische Toscaanse omgeving (wandelroutes, dorpjes, strand, restaurant,…). Ze verwennen je met hun eigen olijfolie, limoncello, vers geplukte vruchten en wijn en ze laten je lekker je eigen gang gaan. De ommuurde stad Lucca is 10min rijden en zowel met de fiets als te voet te bezoeken. In deze wat kleinere stad heb je de Duomo bijna voor jezelf. Pistoia, Pisa, Florence, allemaal een uurtje rijden, zijn zeer de reis waard maar het is na deze drukke steden elke avond weer heerlijk om in het rustige Upupa huisje terug te keren. Wij, 2 zusjes, verbleven er begin november en konden in de tuin een handje helpen met de olijvenpluk. Onze vakantie was helemaal af. Grazie mille, Luki&Niko

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Michelle è stata molto disponibile fin da subito mandandomi un messaggio con tutte le informazioni sulla casa, molto gentile e simpatica, ottima soluzione quella da lei proposta, se capiteremo di nuovo nei dintorni la riprenderemo sicuramente in considerazione!

Sabrina ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie hat bei Fragen sehr schnell und klar geantwortet. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung schnell wohl gefühlt. Sie ist besonders, aufgrund der ausgestellten Kunst. Die Betten waren etwas hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung. Vielen Dank Sabrina! 😄

La casa si trova vicinissima al mare, è ampia moderna e dotata di tutto ciò che serve per un ottimo soggiorno. Il bagno è spazioso e perfettamente funzionante, così come la cucina. C'è un supermercato grande nelle immediate vicinanze, un punto vendita di una pescheria, il lungomare proprio davanti e molti locali. Ovidio ci ha permesso un late check-out, cosa che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato. Siamo stati bene, raccomandiamo questo alloggio

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Wow! What an incredible find! The apartment is super convenient to not only everything you might want to see in Prato, but also a very convenient 5 minute walk to the train station for a 25 minute train ride to Florence for less than €3. The apartment has everything; a stocked kitchen for cooking, washer and dryer, a wonderful terrace for sipping coffee and people watching, and the view from the main bedroom is simply exceptional looking out at the piazza in the center of town. Erika met us at the apartment when we arrived and gave us clear explanations about how everything in the apartment works. She and her daughter were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. Erika was also proactive about recommending places to eat, shop, park, and have coffee or a drink. If you’re coming with a car, I recommend parking in the garage at the train station. There is a little bit of noise from the piazza below at night, but it adds to the unbeatable charm of this phenomenal place! 10/10 would recommend!!

Unseren Urlaub haben wir in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Pool hat den Kindern und uns viel Spaß bereitet. Die Anprechpartner waren immer sofort zur Hilfe bereit und kommunikativ. Wir würden unseren nächsten Urlaub gerne wieder dort verbringen. Die Umgebung war sehr schön und es gab viele schöne Strände und Restaurants.
