This was a surprise trip for my fiancé. We both love being outside and this place provided! We loved that it’s a treehouse! Not like a lot of the over-glorified glamping ones. The one that you’ve always imagined growing up, but it had everything and more. We appreciated all the small details playfully placed everywhere. The outdoor shower and cowboy hottub were the highlight of our trip. Just be aware that you may hear some road noise in the distance, but you’ll get used to it. For those who may have gotten caught up in growing up in a fast-paced and demanding society that stole your identity, this is the perfect place that will help you rediscover and feed your inner child. Well it did for this retired Army combat medic. This WAS initially for my fiancé but I think we both were able to sink in and enjoy it together. The place has a natural way of doing that. From the moment we booked our stay at the River House, we felt very positive about our choice. Our family spent three nights and four days at the BnB and felt it to be worth the price. We enjoyed the space and ability to sit out and talk to each other on both sides of the house. If you choose this house for your stay, know that Daniel's team of support responds promptly to any questions you have, either with an immediate solution or they find an answer within minutes. We had a family of 16 stay which included 3 children ages 4-11 whom enjoyed the games and loft. We really enjoyed the view of the river and felt very comfortable in the house from the moment we arrived. The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

Our stay at Sorry Charley Ranch was amazing! The owners were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience. We were able to enjoy many of their amenities that they had to offer. We fed their adorable goats, our kids played daily on the playground and in their common area, had amazing conversations around the bonfire at night, and used their outdoor kitchen to prepare food. Our tiny house was so cute! It was very clean and our kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds. Not to mention the very comfortable mattresses! It was such an amazing experience that by the end of our stay there, we felt more like family than as guests.

What a great place to stay at for our trip to COTA. House was clean and living room was plenty spacious for our group of 7. Plenty of sleeping and loved the location outside of Austin. Host was very flexible with my request and replied quick every time. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend at this house... had all my family together. I would highly recommend it to anyone with big family.

What a beautiful place to stay! We were all so comfortable and happy here. The kids played outside, and we gathered comfortably with family while here. We will definitely come back to this wonderful place❤️

We where not expecting to spend the day with host trinity and Darby she asked if we would like a tour of course I jumped on that, this place is magical, the attention to detail on the entire property is like no other. My partner and I enjoyed every second of our stay Darby and trinity were great company. I am so excited to come back and most important I made a friend (Trinity) and so thankful and blessed to have come across this beautiful property

This is our 3rd time staying at the Gambrell House and we keep returning because it’s such a special experience. The property is gorgeous, the accommodations superb, and the service extraordinary.
