Had a blast, place is amazing, view is beautiful especially during sunset and sunrise. Definitely recommend.

Everything you’d expect from a West Texas ranch house! Very quiet with only the occasional pickup driving past the house, which is bordered by a couple of cattle guards that provide a “speed bump” effect and requires vehicles to slow down as they pass the house. Nicely furnished and a great big back yard for throwing a ball and enjoying those beautiful Texas night skies. We took advantage of the fire pit for evening gatherings and picked up fallen wood from around the property to burn. Ping pong and corn hole were also a hit with the kids. River is across the county road and we threw a couple fishing lines in the river with no luck except for a small perch. TV gets all the channels you’ll need and the house has internet, which runs quite slow but I understand that the host is on the list to get Starlink as soon as it’s available, which will be nice if needed to work from the house. Kitchen’s nicely appointed and the stocked spices, pots, pans and tools fulfilled our needs.

Three Sisters Ranch near San Saba is a true hidden gem for those searching for peace and relaxation. Nestled in the stunning Texas Hill Country, the ranch offers breathtaking views and a serene ambiance perfect for unwinding. The accommodations are spotless, comfortable, and tastefully furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. Celia, the owner, is incredibly thoughtful and ensures everything is well-prepared, providing clear instructions and helpful labels throughout the property. The tranquil surroundings are ideal for disconnecting and recharging, with plenty of scenic trails and peaceful spots to enjoy. Whether savoring coffee on the patio or exploring the natural beauty, the ranch never fails to deliver a rejuvenating experience. This was our third stay, and it once again exceeded expectations. We can't recommend Three Sisters Ranch enough for anyone seeking a quiet, restorative retreat. We’re already excited about our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Sallie and Arnie’s! The home was perfect for us and our 3 small kiddos and pup. The home was very clean and inviting, plus there were fresh eggs when we arrived and kayaks we could use on the river. Hope to stay here again on our future trips to Junction!

Cheryl’s little barn home was lovely. Located just a few miles outside of Mason’s, check-in and check-out were easy. The house was nicely furnished and spaces were as advertised. Cheryl was easy to reach when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again.

A perfect quiet peaceful getaway. Great hill country views. If you work remote, WiFi is great and you can’t beat the view while working.

The place was very clean and comfortable and a fun atmosphere . Walking distance to the square.

We had a wonderful time at the bungalow! The house looked exactly like the photos. Comfortable bed, nice leather furniture in living area, two sinks and nice shower. Janet had snacks waiting for us even as we entered the house. A tray of snacks and champagne glasses on the bed. Those glasses could be filled with orange juice and “champagne” she had left in the refrigerator for us. You can describe the house with words but you have to experience the quiet while sitting on the wrap around porch. We enjoyed seeing their longhorn herd on the drive back to the place and deer in the evening. Janet and her husband were very nice folks and really cared that we had a good time. We will definitely be back!
